No, you can create a PayPal account during checkout if you do not have an account already.  

Do I have to pay a shipping fee at checkout?

A flat rate of $8 will be applied during checkout. 

How many items can I order? Is there a limit?

Only one item can be purchased per order. If you wish to purchase more than one item you can do so by a separate transaction.

You will receive an order summary email upon successfully completing your order. You can also check back to your order(s) on your My Orders page, accessible from the project page.

What is included in the package?

A package includes 1 Kihno kit and 12 photocards.

What is your return policy?

All sales are final. There will be no refunds.

Can I change the delivery address on my order?

Yes, you can change the delivery address on your My Orders page. You can access your page on the project page.

Are customs duties included in the price?

Duties and taxes are not included in the price. Your package may incur fees upon delivery, and this charge is determined by your local customs authority.

Will you provide a tracking number? 

Yes, you will receive a tracking code once the shipment starts. All packages will be shipped in a timely manner once the pre-order closes.

Kihno Album Guide

Step 1. Download and install the Kihno Player app

To enjoy the Kihno album, download the Kihno Player app on your mobile device from the Play Store or App Store.

Step 2. Download the Kihno Album title

Launch the Kihno Player app.
Connect the Kihno kit to your smartphone’s headphone jack.
Disconnect the Kihno kit once the Kihno album title starts to download.
*Allow “Kihno Player” app to access your microphone.

Step 3. Play the Kihno Album

Reconnect the Kihno kit to your smartphone’s headphone jack to play the Kihno album.
You can remove the Kihno kit while playing or accessing all the contents.

*For iPhone users

Plug the Lightning to 3.5mm headphone jack adapter into the iPhone.
Connect the Kihno kit to your adapter.
