Can I change my reward?

To change your reward, you must first cancel your order then select and pay for the reward you want.

How can I update my information?

There is a View and Edit order details button on the homepage. You can edit your information until the project end date.

I want to cancel my order. Can I get a refund?

Please note that all refunds must be requested before the last date of the project. Any refund request after the project end date will not be issued. If you would like to request a refund before the project end date, kindly provide us with your email address and order number through our contact form here

I want to purchase multiple rewards. How can I do this?

You can only purchase one reward at a time. If you want to purchase additional rewards, you need to make another purchase. By doing so, you will have two separate orders.

Will the project end once the goal is reached?

No, the project will continue until the project end date.

What happens if the project doesn't reach the goal in time?

If the goal is not reached, all proceeds will be refunded.

Will I be charged right away?

Yes, your purchase will be made as soon as you submit your payment information.

I don't see my country in the dropdown list. What can I do?

Unfortunately, we can only ship to countries on the dropdown list.

Whe can I expect my rewards?

You can expect delivery within 6 months once the project ends successfully.
