Do I need to register to MyMusicTaste before placing an order?

Yes, you will need a MyMusicTaste account to place an order.

When will the sales close?

Pre-order for DVD will close on October 31 at 17:00 KST.
Pre-order for Blu-ray will close on November 21 at 12:00 KST.

What kind of payments do you accept?

We accept payment through credit cards and PayPal.

Do I need to register to Paypal before placing an order?

No, you can create a Paypal account during checkout if you do not have an account already.  

Do I have to pay a shipping fee at checkout?

A flat rate of $15 will be applied during checkout. 

How many items can I order? Is there a limit?

Only one item can be purchased per order. If you wish to purchase more than one item you can do so by a separate transaction.

How do I check my order status? 

You will receive an order summary email upon successfully completing your order. You can also check back to your order(s) on your My Orders page, accessible from the project page.

What is included in the package?

The DVD package includes 3 discs (295 minutes total), a photobook (128 pages), and 2 photo cards (1 group + 1 random member).
The Blu-ray package includes 3 Disks (296 minutes total) + Photo Book (16P) + Embossing Sticker (1EA).

What is the DVD region code?

1, 3. Please note that the DVD cannot be played on a DVD player in the following regions: Europe, Latin America, Africa, Middle East, and Oceania. For more information regarding DVD region codes, please visit dvdcodes.net.

What is the Blu-ray region code?

All free. A, B, C.

What is your return policy?

All sales are final. There will be no refunds.

Are customs duties included in the price?

Duties and taxes are not included in the price. Your package may incur fees upon delivery, and this charge is determined by your local customs authority.

Can I change the delivery address on my order?

Yes, you can change the delivery address on your My Orders page. You can access your page on the project page.
