How did this project get started?

It started with your requests! We received lots of requests from P.O fans worldwide who've wanted to celebrate P.O's upcoming birthday. So, in response to overwhelming requests, we've decided to launch this project. No matter where you live, you can now show P.O your love and support even from miles away.

Can I change my reward?

You cannot change your reward after you've purchased. If you would like to fund additional rewards, you will need to process another funding. By doing so, you will have two separate fundings.

I want to cancel my funding. Can I get a refund?

This project does not issue refunds. However, refunds will be issued if the project does not reach the funding goal in time.

I want to fund multiple rewards. How can I do this?

You can only fund one reward at a time. If you want to fund additional rewards, you need to process another funding. By doing so, you will have two separate fundings.

Will the project close once the goal is reached?

No, the project will continue until the closing date.

What happens if the project doesn't reach the goal in time?

If the goal is not reached, all proceeds will be refunded.

Will I be charged right away?

Yes, you will be charged as soon as you submit your payment information.

What are my payment options?

You can use a credit card or PayPal to make your payment.

Can I pay with any currency?

No, your payment will be made in USD.

What does the QR code on the ad image mean?

The QR code will redirect to a web page that lists the names of all the supporters! The order of the supporters on the web page will be based on the reward type. (e.g. All Diamond supporters will be listed first, followed by Ruby, Sapphire, Topaz, Emerald, Garnet, and Pearl supporters).

I want to change the contributor's name. What should I do?

There is an "Edit" button on your funding details page. You can change the contributor's name before the project closes.

What happens if the project goal is overfunded?

If the project surpasses its funding goal, the excess fund will be spent for additional ad displays in Seoul. We will update on exactly how and where this excess fund will be spent.
