Why can’t I track my order?

As we reflect your purchase on the Hanteo Chart, it may take 2-7 business days to see updates to your tracking information.

Can I change the delivery address on my order?

You can edit the delivery address on our site before the sales end date on August 1, 2022 at 11:59 PM KST.

Can I get a refund?

All sales are final and no refunds or order amendments are allowed.

How many items can I order? Is there a limit?

There is a limit of 20 albums per transaction. If you wish to purchase more, please make another transaction. Each album you purchase will count as one entry into the lucky draw.

• The winners will be announced on August 2, 2022 at 2:00 PM KST via an individually sent email.

• The winner's ID card must match the information submitted via the 'Fansign Participant Information' section. Please ensure it is correct because you can only edit this section on our site before the sales end date.
