What is included in the package?

The DVD package includes 2 discs (185 minutes total), a photobook (144 pages), photo cards (9ea), and one random postcard. The BLU-RAY package includes 2 discs (185 minutes total), a photo summary (32 pages), and a sticker.

What is the DVD region code?

1, 3, 4, 5, 6. Please note that the DVD cannot be played on a DVD player in the following regions: Western Europe, the Middle East, South Africa, and Japan.

What is the BLU-RAY region code?

The BLU-RAY region code is A. Please note that the BLU-RAY can only be played in the following regions: North America, South American, U.S. Territories, Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, and other areas of Southeast Asia.

What kinds of payments do you accept?

We accept payment through credit cards and PayPal.

Do I need to register to Paypal before placing an order?

No, you can create a Paypal account during checkout if you do not have an account already.  

Do I have to pay a shipping fee at checkout?

A flat rate of $15 will be applied during checkout.

How many products can I order? Is there a limit?

You can only purchase one product per order. There is no limit to how many orders you can have.

What is your return policy?

All sales are final. There will be no refunds.
