When will my order be shipped out?

Orders made until October 18, 2022 at 11:00 AM KST are expected to be shipped approximately the fourth week of November, and orders made until October 30, 2022 at 11:00 AM KST will be shipped out approximately from the third week of December.

Your tracking number will be available to view via the ‘Purchases’ section of your ‘My Activity’ page once your order has been shipped.

Can I change the delivery address on my order?

You can edit the delivery address on our site before October 30th, 2022 at 11:00 AM.
