MONSTA X 6th OFFICIAL FANCLUB MONBEBE FAN-CONCERT <MX AGENT> will be held on May 1, 2022 at 4:00 PM KST on MyMusicTaste.com.

*For those who have purchased fan club tickets, the soundcheck will be held exclusively on MyMusicTaste’s platform. The soundcheck start time will be announced later through an update on this page.

What are the available ticket tiers (options)?

What is a ‘Delayed streaming?’

Delayed streaming is a one-time replay service available to purchasers at a provided date and time.

*Further updates regarding the schedule will be posted to the project page once available.

*Closed captioning subtitles and light stick pairing will not be provided for the delayed streaming service

How long is the show?

The show will go on for approximately 150 minutes. 

*Runtime and programs may be subject to change due to onsite conditions or other external factors.

Will subtitles be available for this event?

Yes! English and Japanese subtitles will be available on MyMusicTaste.

Can anyone view it?

All those who have purchased a ticket to MONSTA X 6th OFFICIAL FANCLUB MONBEBE FAN-CONCERT <MX AGENT> from MyMusicTaste or Interpark Ticket will be able to stream the event on our LIVE page.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds are only available until May 1, 2022, 4:00 PM KST.
After the concert starts, please note refunds or order amendments are not possible.

Is there a limit to the number of tickets I can buy per transaction?

It is restricted to 1 ticket per account.

Okay, but how will I receive my tickets?

There will be no physical tickets distributed for this event, nor will a direct link containing the event's streaming link be emailed out to purchasers.

You will only receive an order confirmation email, and this can be used to confirm your purchase.

How can I access the live streaming event?

For those who have purchased a ticket on MyMusicTaste, log in to your MyMusicTaste account and visit the 'LIVE' page on MyMusicTaste.com. 

Then, select the MONSTA X 6th OFFICIAL FANCLUB MONBEBE FAN-CONCERT <MX AGENT> option during the event time!

*Only one device per MyMusicTaste account will be able to stream the event. 

What if I bought my ticket from another website such as Interpark? 

Please see the following instructions in order to access the event if a ticket was purchased from the Interpark:

1. Sign up or log in to MyMusicTaste

2. After completing your purchase/product, head to the ‘LIVE’ page and select MONSTA X 6th OFFICIAL FANCLUB MONBEBE FAN-CONCERT <MX AGENT>

3. In the bottom right-hand corner, select ‘BUY TICKET NOW’

4. Search for the ‘REDEEM’ button (this may differ based on your display settings ie. PC or mobile)

5. Click on the ‘REDEEM’ button

6. Enter the code you received from Interpark

(a valid redeem code should consist of the following: 13 characters, all uppercase, dashes included)

- resemble the following format: IN-MNXAA-BBBBBB

*Interpark Ticket purchasers: After purchasing a ticket, please log in to your account on Interpark Ticket and check ‘My Page’ to view your redeem code. This will be available starting from Saturday, April 30, 2022 at 11:00 KST.

7. After completing the above step, press ‘submit’ and head back to the ‘LIVE’ page on the day of the event to start streaming!

Redeem Code Guidelines:

- After purchasing your ticket and registering your redeem code, please note that refunds will not be allowed

- Per every one (1) account, only one (1) redeem code will be issued

- All tickets are non-transferable

- Only one device per MyMusicTaste account will be able to stream the event 

- Should your ticket be resold or used for profit extortion purposes, please note that your purchase will be canceled

Can I report Illegally Downloaded/Streamed/Copied Contents?

If you happen to see any content online that has been illegally posted without the consent of the artists’ management or MyMusicTaste, please fill out this Google Form so that we can take appropriate action.
