When will my order be shipped out?

Your order will be shipped out approximately 7~10 business days after July 26, 2023 KST (product release date).

Why can’t I track my order?

As we reflect your purchase on the Hanteo Chart, it may take 2-7 business days to see updates to your tracking information.

Can I change the delivery address on my order?

You can edit the delivery address on our site before the sales end date on May 21, 2023 at 11:59 PM KST.

Can I exchange my album for slight scratches, discoloration, or minor dents and defects on the case?

No. Please note that the external packaging (product’s outer box) is just for the protection of the goods inside the product; scratches, discoloration, or minor dents and defects on the case cannot be the reason for an exchange or return.

Can I get a refund?

All sales are final and no refunds or order amendments are allowed.

How many items can I order? Is there a limit?

There is a limit of 10 products per transaction. If you wish to purchase more, please make another transaction. 

Can I place a group order?

The minimum number of albums for a group order is 30 and group orders will not count as participation toward the fansign event.

The last day to place your final group order is by May 19, 2023 at 5:00 PM KST.
