When will my order be shipped out?

Your order will be shipped out approximately 7~10 business days after January 19, 2024 KST (sales closing date).

**Business days = Weekdays excluding weekends and official holidays

Why can’t I track my order?

As we reflect your purchase on the Hanteo Chart, it may take 2-7 business days to see updates to your tracking information.

Can I change the delivery address on my order?

You can edit the delivery address on our site before the sales end date on January 19, 2024 at 5:59 PM KST.

Can I exchange my album for slight scratches, discoloration, or minor dents and defects on the case?

No. Please note that the external packaging (album's outer box) is just for the protection of the goods inside the album; scratches, discoloration, or minor dents and defects on the case cannot be the reason for an exchange or return.

Can I get a refund?

All sales are final and no refunds or order amendments are allowed.

How many items can I order? Is there a limit?

There is a limit of 20 albums per transaction. If you wish to purchase more, please make another transaction. Each album you purchase will count as receiving one lucky draw.

Can I place a group order?

The minimum number of albums for a group order is 30.
Please refer to the related Help Center article and contact us via the detail page’s banner to place a group order.

The last day to place your final group order is by January 18, 2024 at 5:00 PM KST.
