When do I receive my merchandise?

M&G MD will be distributed during check-in. Details will be announced in the attendance guidelines on our official X account closer to the show date. *Please note that you will not be able to receive the M&G MD if you are not physically present at the event. Additionally, please kindly note that the M&G MD can only be picked up by the purchaser.

When picking up your items on-site, you must present a physical government-issued ID showing your name and date of birth. The name on the ID must match the name on the ticket. Please check that all items are included or provided during check-in or the M&G event. If anything is missing or has defects, please inform an MMT staff member on-site. Once you leave the check-in or event, any missing items or defects cannot be addressed or exchanged, so be sure to double-check before leaving. 

*Defects or missing items found in the package will be replaceable only on-site and will not be delivered separately.

Can I get a refund?
All sales are final and no refunds or order amendments are allowed. Before completing your payment, please make sure to review your order details.

Can anyone attend this event?
The same age restrictions will apply for both the FIFTY FIFTY : Welcome to Tweny Party Fan Meeting and the Meet & Greet Event. 
*In order to participate in the FIFTY FIFTY : Welcome to Tweny Party Meet & Greet Event, you must be a ticket holder for the Fan Meeting. Tickets for the  FIFTY FIFTY : Welcome to Tweny Party Fan Meeting and the Meet & Greet Event are sold separately. Please refer to the links below for general show information.

When can we check-in for the Meet and Greet event?

The check-in time for the Meet and Greet Event will be 13:00-14:00 KST for the Fan Meeting (Day 2). Late check-in will not be allowed. The location for the event will be emailed to all purchasers approximately 24 hours before the event date.

What are the procedures during the Meet and Greet Event? 

Procedures and timelines will vary depending on the venue and on-site conditions. We ask for you to follow staff instructions for the safety of the artist and the fans present.

Our staff may restrict certain items or actions if they are deemed inappropriate to the artist or management. Any attendees that cause a disturbance to the venue and or artist will be asked to leave immediately. Please note that gifts (e.g. letters, merchandise, food, flowers etc) will be prohibited as well.

What form of ID is required?

Attendees must bring a physical government-issued ID. Valid government-issued IDs should include the following: participant's full legal name, date of birth, and a photo (of the attendee). 

※ Printed copies or photos of the ID will not count as a valid form of identification.

The name on the ID must match the ‘Event Attendee Information’ submitted during checkout. The QR code issued for this event should match the ID presented on site. The QR code cannot be scanned by any friends, family, and/or relatives on their behalf.

※ Invalid forms of identification (i.e. credit cards) or mismatching information will result in denied entry, and MyMusicTaste will not be held liable for any issues caused in relation to this matter.
※For attendees who are minors: please note that multiple forms of government-issued ID will be accepted to verify all of the following information: legal name, date of birth, and a photo (of the attendee).

Can I take pictures or videos during the event?

Taking pictures and videos with devices other than cellphones during the event is strictly prohibited for all attendees.

What if I am purchasing for somebody else?

The event attendee’s full legal name should be listed as it is shown on the valid government-issued ID displayed upon entry to the event. Please note that this purchase is non-transferable and requests to transfer one’s purchase will not be accepted.

*You can only edit the 'Event Attendee Information' on our site until December 5, 2025 at 5:00 PM KST.

Why is the listed ticket price and the actual price that I paid for different?
