Due to COVID-19, we are experiencing shipping delays. Should you need to edit the address for your shipment or request a cancellation, you can do so by reaching out to us here BEFORE the sales date closes. Once the sales date closes, we will no longer be able to edit the address for your order.

Should I expect a delay with my order?

MyMusicTaste’s operations continue but delivery times may be longer than usual.
For the health and safety of our team, we only have a small and very limited team on-site and we will process all orders as quickly as possible.
Our manufacturing partners, remain open but are operating at a reduced capacity. This is to ensure safe working practices and distance between employees. This may result in delays to delivery timeframes.
Similarly, our courier partners have actioned their own measures to ensure contactless deliveries. They are also working to adjust to the current restrictions set in place by each country’s government in regard to shipments allowed into the country.
Due to the impact of COVID-19, we are currently experiencing delays in delivery. Please allow at least 4 weeks for your order to arrive. We are very sorry for the wait.

What is your return policy?

For any orders placed with MyMusicTaste, please know that all sales are final and non-refundable. Please check your order thoroughly before completing the transaction!

Will you continue to launch new events and pre-orders?

Yes, MyMusicTaste will continue to launch pre-orders, fan signs (online events until further notice), and etc.

What should I do if I received a defective or damaged product?

We apologize for any delayed responses on replacements for damaged or defective items received. For the health and safety of our team, we have a small and limited team on-site. We are processing inquiries related to these matters as quickly as possible starting with the oldest inquiries first. Once the inquiry/issue has been resolved, we will be sending you an email with the tracking information. For any questions regarding your recent inquiry, please contact us here.

My package was “sent back to the shipper” due to Coronavirus related restrictions. When will my package be re-shipped to me?

We are currently working to send out returned shipments due to COVID-19 related restrictions. Due to the regulations set in place per country, we will ship out the returned packages once the restraint has been lifted and cleared. This may take some time, but please know that your order will be re-shipped out to you with an updated tracking number sent via email.

The tracking status for my package says “Cancellation of Acceptance” and the location is listed as Bucheon. Does this mean it never left South Korea?

Not at all! Your package was shipped out accordingly, but due to COVID-19 shipping related restrictions, the package was sent back to MyMusicTaste, which is located in South Korea. Bucheon, South Korea is where the shipment gets returned (to our shipping partner’s warehouse).
