When will sales close?

Sales will close at different times for each city. Please refer to the list below:
Madrid: September 25, 11:00 local time
London: September 27, 10:00 local time
Berlin: September 29, 11:00 local time
Warsaw: October 2, 11:00 local time
Amsterdam: October 3, 11:00 local time
Moscow: October 7: 12:00 (noon) local time

What kinds of payments do you accept?

We accept major credit/debit cards and Paypal.

Do I need to register to Paypal before placing an order? 

No, you can create a Paypal account during checkout if you do not have an account already.

How many items can I order? Is there a limit?

It is restricted to one package per transaction. If you wish to purchase more than one package, please make another transaction. 

What if I am purchasing for somebody else?

Please enter the actual event attendee’s information under “Buyer Information” section at the checkout. Make sure to enter the full name on the valid government issued ID, which will be checked upon entry.

Will I get a confirmation email from MyMusicTaste?

You will receive a payment receipt and a confirmation email from us within one day of your purchase.

Can I get a refund?

All sales are final. There will be no refunds unless the event gets canceled.

Can I transfer my package to others?

Only the original purchaser can participate in the event. Package cannot be transferred to others. ID will be checked upon entry.

What does the package include?

This exclusive package includes a special meal with ZICO, 1:1 polaroid picture, one signed single of “SoulMate,” and a full package of official tour merchandise items, which worth more than €170.

How many packages will be sold? 

Only 12 packages will be available per city.

Is this a 1:1 event?

No, this event will be with ZICO and 11 other lucky fans.

Is a ticket to the concert included in the package?

The entry ticket to the concert is not included in the SoulMate Package. You will have to purchase a separate entry ticket to enjoy the concert!

Do you need to purchase a ticket to the concert to purchase the SoulMate Package?

No, this package is open for everyone to purchase.

Where is this event happening?

The location will be notified to purchasers separately. 

How long will the event last?

The event will last about 1 hour. However, it is subject to change depending on the tour schedule.

Can I take pictures or videos during the event?

Unfortunately, recording will not be allowed. Let your phone rest and enjoy the time with ZICO!
