Can I get a refund?

All sales are final and no refunds or order amendments are allowed.

How many items can I order? Is there a limit?

There is a limit of 20 albums per transaction. If you wish to purchase more, please make another transaction. Each album you purchase will count as one entry into the lucky draw.

Can I place a group order?

The minimum number of albums for a group order is  and group orders will not count as participation toward the fansign event. To place a group order, please contact us here.

- The winners will be announced on January 12, 2022 at 2:00 PM KST via an individually sent email.
- The name used to confirm the winner’s participation will be the ‘Participant’s Legal Name’ that was submitted via the Fansign Participant Form.
