When is the event happening?

Museezn Concert 2021 - Reprise will be available to view on MyMusicTaste.com at the following dates and times:

- First show: Saturday, October 2, 2021 at 3:00 PM KST

- Second show: Saturday, October 2, 2021 at 6:00 PM KST

How long is the show?

The show will go on for approximately 100 minutes. 

*Runtime and programs may be subject to change due to onsite conditions or other external factors.

Can anyone view it?

Yes! There is no age restriction for this event, and fans of all ages are welcome.

When will sales open and close?

Open: August 27, 2021 at 4:00 PM KST

*MD is expected to be shipped out shortly after the event date (October 2, 2021).

SHIPPING

When will my order be shipped out?

Orders are expected to be shipped approximately shortly after the event date (October 2, 2021), and your tracking number will be available to view via the ‘Purchases’ section of your ‘My Activity’ page once your order has been shipped.

Please be advised that the above date is tentative and is subject to change. Feel free to refer to our Help Center: 'SHIPPING UPDATE' section for more information. 

Can I change the delivery address on my order?

You can edit the delivery address on our site before the sales end date(s) listed down below: 

- First show: October 2, 2021 at 3:00 PM KST

- Second show: October 2, 2021 at 6:00 PM KST

Are duties and taxes included in the product (MD) price?

Duties and taxes are NOT included in the product (MD) price.

ORDERS & PAYMENTS

Can I get a refund?

All sales are final and no refunds or order amendments are allowed.
Please check your order thoroughly before completing the transaction.

Is there a limit to the number of tickets I can buy per transaction?

It is restricted to 1 ticket per transaction.
If you wish to purchase more, you can do so by going through another transaction.

Is there a limit to the number of ticket tiers (options) I can buy?

No, you may purchase as many ticket tiers (options) as you like!

**However, please note that all tickets are non-transferable and in the case that multiple ‘LIVE’ tickets are purchased, only one device will be able to stream the event.

Okay, but how will I receive my tickets?

There will be no physical tickets distributed for this event, nor will a direct link containing the event's streaming link be emailed out to purchasers.

You will only receive an order confirmation email, and this can be used to confirm your purchase.

How do I start streaming?

Log in to your MyMusicTaste account and visit our 'LIVE' page on MyMusicTaste.com. 

Then, select the ‘Museezn Concert 2021 - Reprise’ option during the event time! 

Can I report Illegally Downloaded/Streamed/Copied Contents?

If you happen to see any content online that has been illegally posted without the consent of the artists’ management or MyMusicTaste, please fill out this Google Form so that we can take appropriate action.
