When will my order be shipped out?

Your order will be shipped out approximately 7 business days after September 12, 2021 KST (sales closing date).

Why can’t I track my order?

As we reflect your purchase on the Hanteo Chart, it may take some time to track your order. Therefore, you can expect to see updates to your tracking information starting from the third week of September.

Can I change the delivery address on my order?

You can edit the delivery address on our site before the sales end date on September 12, 2021 at 11:59 PM KST.

ORDERS & PAYMENTS

Can I get a refund?

All sales are final and no refunds or order amendments are allowed.

How many items can I order? Is there a limit?

There is a limit of 20 albums per transaction. If you wish to purchase more, please make another transaction. Each album you purchase will count as one entry into the lucky draw.

Can I place a group order?

The minimum number of albums for a group order is 30 and group orders will not count as participation toward the fansign event. To place a group order, please contact us here.

The last day to place your final group order is by September 10, 2021 at 5 PM KST.

WINNERS’ SELECTION

- The winners will be announced on September 14, 2021 at 3:00 PM KST via an individually sent email.
- The name used to confirm the winner’s participation will be the ‘Participant’s Legal Name’ that was submitted via the Fansign Participant Form.
