When will my order be shipped out?

Your order will be shipped out approximately 7 business days after September 6, 2021 (sales closing date).

Why can’t I track my order?

It may take 2-7 business days to track your order as the tracking number is sometimes pre-registered to ensure that it is reflected on the Hanteo Chart in a timely manner.

Can I change the delivery address on my order?

You can edit the delivery address on our site before the sales end date on September 6, 2021 at 11:59 PM KST.

Can I get a refund?

All sales are final and no refunds or order amendments are allowed.

How many items can I order? Is there a limit?

There is a limit of 20 products per transaction. If you wish to purchase more, please make another transaction.

Can I place a group order?

The minimum number of products for a group order is 30. To place a group order, please contact us here.

The last day to place your final group order is by September 3, 2021 at 5 PM KST.
