When and where is the event happening?
DREAMCATCHER [Dystopia: Seven Spirits] will start on November 7, 2020 @ 10:00 PM KST

How long is the show?
The show will go on for a minimum of 120 mins.
(Runtime and programs may be subject to change due to onsite conditions or other external factors)
When are rehearsals? Rehearsals will take place on November 5, 2020 @ 10:00 PM KST
The rehearsal will last for approximately 15 minutes and a total of three (3) songs will be performed. Please be advised that the rehearsal will be open to everyone, but the chatting feature will be limited to those who have purchased a ticket for this event. When is the live soundcheck? The live soundcheck will be held on November 6, 2020
(the exact time of the event will be announced at a later date)
Please be advised that the live soundcheck will only be available to those who have purchased a 'VVIP' ticket tier.
In order to view/access the live soundcheck, please be advised that the VVIP ticket tier should be purchased on or before 9:00 PM KST on November 06, 2020.
Should a VVIP ticket tier be purchased AFTER the live soundcheck on November 06, 2020, the live soundcheck will no longer be available to view.
Can anyone participate and is there an age restriction?
All fans are welcome to join and there is no age restriction for this event. Fans of all ages are welcome.

Is there a limit to the number of tickets I can buy?
No, you can purchase as many tickets as you like!
However, in the case that multiple ‘LIVE’ tickets are purchased under the same account, you will still only be able to watch the event on one device.
Please be advised that only one account & one device can view the live streaming event.

Can I buy the items separately or is it a bundle purchase?
The items are bundled together! One order will include all four (4) items listed above.
Please be advised that the items cannot be purchased separately.
Is there a special event/benefit for purchasers?
Yes! The special benefit will be for VVIP ticket purchasers. The additional benefit is:

Do I have to purchase the merchandise and the ticket under the same MyMusicTaste account to receive benefits?
Purchases MUST be made under the same MyMusicTaste account for you to receive benefits.
Note: Merch is NOT exclusive for streaming concert ticket-holders.
Can I purchase the merchandise bundle once? Or is there a limit?
It is restricted to 2 items per transaction. If you wish to purchase more, you can do so by going through another transaction.
What kinds of payments do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards (VISA, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and KakaoPay.
*Please be advised that PayPal is not available for users with a Korean phone number, Korean billing address, and Korean shipping address.
What is KakaoPay?
KakaoPay is a newly available payment method that allows users to make purchases in KRW on MyMusicTaste. Should you have any questions regarding KakaoPay, please address all inquiries directly to the KakaoPay Customer Service Center for further assistance.
Can I use KakaoPay to purchase a product in a different currency (USD or EUR) besides KRW?
Transactions in KRW cannot be made via VISA, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal, and no other payment method besides KakaoPay can support transactions in KRW on MyMusicTaste for the time being.
Should you wish to proceed with a different payment method other than KakaoPay:
- Please return to the first page of the desired project to reselect the payment currency from KRW to USD or EUR.
- Please note that if USD or EUR is selected as your payment currency, the only possible payment methods will be VISA, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal.
I am not a South Korean citizen nor based in South Korea, but wish to make a purchase using KakaoPay.
If you have successfully registered for the KakaoPay service through your personal KakaoTalk account, you will be authorized to use this payment method. Should you have any questions regarding KakaoPay, please address all inquiries directly to the KakaoPay Customer Service Center for further assistance.
Do I need to register on MyMusicTaste before placing an order?
Yes, you must have a MyMusicTaste account to place an order. Please note that only single participation is allowed per account (i.e. you cannot purchase for two different people using the same MyMusicTaste account).
Do I need to register on PayPal before placing an order?
No, you can create a PayPal account during the checkout process if you do not already have an account.
Do the prices include taxes and ticketing fees?
No, you have to pay the necessary fees upon checkout. Please note that all prices listed before checkout do NOT include taxes and/or ticketing/service fees.
I have purchased the ticket to the live streaming event. What should I do next?
You’re all set to go! On the day of the show, please review the ‘MyMusicTaste Live’ section of the FAQ for further instructions on how to access the live streaming event!
Please be advised that there will be no link/e-ticket emailed to you for the live streaming concerts/shows. Instead, you should receive an automatic ‘order confirmation’ email verifying your purchase for the event.

If you did not receive an order confirmation email as stated above, please contact us here for assistance.
*Once more! A link to view the streaming event will NOT be included in the order confirmation email nor will it be sent out to you in a separate email. Please visit the ‘Live’ page on MyMusicTaste and select the event you are looking to stream.

My payment did not go through. What should I do?
Please check if your card is eligible for foreign transactions and has a sufficient amount after taxes and shipping fees are applied. If the payment still does not go through, please check with your bank.

Can I get a refund?
All sales are final and no refunds or order amendments are allowed. Please check your order thoroughly before completing the transaction.

How do I start streaming?
More detailed instructions have been listed down below:
- On the day of the show, visit the ‘LIVE’ page on mymusictaste.com through this direct link
- Log into your MyMusicTaste account
*before logging in, the above page will show the "Buy Now Button"
- Once you have logged in, please refresh the ‘LIVE’ page and you will now see the button change to "Order complete"
- Press the ‘Play’ button and start streaming!
**Please remember that you can only watch the show from one device.
**The streaming content may show an error message or freeze if the window you are watching it on is set as a background or if you are inactive for more than 10 minutes.
Can I record the online streaming show/concert?
Live streaming/filming/recording the event with any device is prohibited.
Unauthorized copying, distribution, and selling of content without consent of the copyright owner are an act of copyright infringement.
Any illegally uploaded/recorded content will be reported to that social media platform directly and taken down. Legal action will be taken if needed.
The countdown clock has disappeared, does this mean the show/concert isn’t happening?
Nope not at all! This just means that we are preparing for the show/concert and it will begin shortly.
Can I watch the live streaming show on my mobile device or any other device?
Yes, but please be advised that watching it on any device other than a desktop/laptop may alter the visual interface and other options/functions that are available (such as the live chat feature).
What will the VOD be like?
The VOD is a replay service that will be provided to view after the Korea Media Rating Board has reviewed its contents.
Please note, the schedule is subject to change based on the review.
All performances from the live streaming event may not be included in the VOD service due to copyright issues.
Will the VOD be available to watch forever? Infinitely?
The VOD will be available to view for 2 months after it has been released/uploaded to MyMusicTaste.
Please be advised that the VOD will be released after the Korea Media Rating Board reviews the contents; this may take some time and you will be notified once the VOD has been released.

For a smooth viewing experience of DREAMCATCHER [Dystopia: Seven Spirits], which will begin at 10 PM (KST) on November 7, we will open a test page that allows viewers to check the network environment in advance.
The network environment test page will be open at 3 PM (KST) on November 7 and will be available for testing until 9 PM (KST), November 7.
- At or after 3 PM (KST) please log in to your MMT-account you've purchased your ticket to the concert with and go to the test page linked here: https://mmt.fans/ihqJ
- Please test your network by viewing the content for at least 5 to 10 minutes. - If you have any difficulties/issues while viewing, please check the Troubleshooting steps listed in the FAQ or switch to using a different network.

What should I do if I'm on the live streaming page but it says the following message:
"Oops try again or contact us here"
Please do not abuse the refresh button by continuously pressing the refresh symbol on the page. If this message/error is showing on your page, please wait a couple of minutes to refresh the page ONCE.
Even after you have done this and the live streaming event is still not available, please reach out to us here for additional assistance.

Where can I get my album shipped to?
You can only get your order shipped to the countries listed in the shipping list.
What are the shipping options?
For those who use a package forwarding service and have a Korea-based shipping address, you MUST input all address details in Korean characters, and also enter a valid Korea-based phone number. The domestic shipping company will not be able to ship to a local address if you’ve entered an international phone number as your contact information. MyMusicTaste is not liable nor responsible for any packages lost or returned if the purchaser has entered an unreachable destination or incorrect contact information.
**It is the purchaser's responsibility to check whether their chosen delivery method is compatible with their delivery address and/or local customs authority. Should failure to check result in the package being returned to the sender, the re-shipment fee will be at the expense of the purchaser.
*The delivery periods listed above are the estimated standard delivery times. There may be delays depending on external circumstances.
*Please be advised that DHL Express is unable to deliver packages to addresses with P.O.Boxes listed in the address or to military bases. Your selected courier will automatically be changed to EMS if DHL Express has been selected for the above address types.
When will my order be shipped out?
All orders are tentatively expected to be shipped out starting from the second week of December, and your tracking number will be available to view via the ‘Purchases’ section of your ‘My Activity’ page once your order has been shipped.

Are customs duties included in the price?
Duties and taxes are NOT included in the price.
Please note, all international packages may be subject to duties and taxes depending on the country. Your package may incur fees upon delivery and this charge is determined by your local customs authority. Please refer to your local customs website for more information.
Can I change the delivery address on my order?
Yes, you can edit the delivery address via ‘My Orders’ on the project page; however, the country of your shipping address cannot be changed once the payment has been made.
Please also be advised that you will not be able to make any changes after the sales end date.

My package is being sent back to the sender because I missed my delivery. What should I do?
Failure to fill in the shipping information correctly may result in issues regarding product delivery. There will be no compensation for resulting damages.
If you would like the product to be re-delivered, please note the additional shipping costs incurred are at the expense of the purchaser.
How much would it cost for a re-shipment?
The calculation of the re-shipment cost will be in accordance with postal rates, depending on the type, the weight of the parcel, shipping address, and additional options. Please see below for a breakdown of fees.

My package is damaged or has a defect. What should I do?
MyMusicTaste is not liable for loss or damage resulting from any deliberate act or during the transporting and/or delivery of the goods. If, however, you received your product and believe there is a defect or it arrived damaged, please contact us within seven (7) business days of the delivery date of your order. Include your order number, a photo of the shipping label which you may find on the outside of your parcel box, and any photo evidence you may have showing the damage or defect. Once we receive the item you consider defective, we will fully examine it and offer a full or partial exchange of the product with its re-shipment cost at the expense of MyMusicTaste.
