[How to Participate]
1. Date: Friday, May 22, 2020
- North America, South America, Oceania: May 22, 2020, 10:00 a.m. (KST)
- Europe, Asia, Middle East, Africa: May 22, 2020, 6:00 p.m. (KST)
2. Sales Period: Thursday, May 7, 2020, 2:00 p.m. (KST) ~ Sunday, May 17, 2020, 11:59 p.m. (KST), 11 days
3. Sales Method: Randomly select 50 people who have purchased ONEUS 1ST Single Album [IN ITS TIME] on MyMusicTaste website during the sales period
4. Winners Announcement: Monday, May 18, 2020, 1:00 p.m. (KST) through an individually sent email to the winners
* Each winner will be able to communicate for a total of 6 minutes with all members of ONEUS*
5. Included Gifts
- For every purchaser: One group postcard (1 random out of 2)
- For every winner: Photocard set (6 photocards - each member’s selfie picture), Individual postcard (1 random out of 6)
* All photos used for the gifts are unreleased photos*
1. No refunds and exchanges are allowed for albums purchased for the event.
2. If a winner of this event does not pick up the phone call more than twice, the participation will be denied. Therefore, please be sure to check the event time and if you can receive the phone call before applying.
3. The date and starting time are different for each continent.
- Please apply only if you can participate after checking the starting time of your region.
4. This event is non-transferable. The winner is the only person allowed to participate in the event, if another person or two or more people answer, the call will be terminated.
5. English and Chinese interpreters will be assisting the conversation. However, due to time constraints, their participation will be limited to the minimum.
6. Winners will need to submit their personal information by replying to our winner announcement email within Monday, May 18, 1:00 p.m. (KST) to Wednesday, May 20, 1:00 p.m. (KST). You will need to provide the following information:
- MyMusicTaste User ID
- Messenger of Preference: Skype/LINE/Kakao Talk/WeChat (choose 1)
- The user ID of your chosen messenger or phone number or email address
*Usage of Personal Information*
- The receiver of customers' personal information: MyMusicTaste
- Purpose of usage: To verify the winners and to send packages
- Information that will be gathered: Name, birthdate, phone number, platform ID
- Usage period: Once the purpose is fulfilled, the information will be disposed of
* All albums will be shipped after the fansign event*

1. The winner prepares his/her phone before the event and waits for their turn
- The order of the fan sign will be informed individually via email to the winners only
2. Answer the video phone call
- 5 minutes before the video phone call you will be guided via your chosen messenger
- If you do not receive the phone call more than twice, we will move on to the next person, so please be sure to answer the call
3. When the Fansign event wraps up, please be sure to end the call
- Please keep in mind that If the participant does not end the call, the phone call may be terminated
- All unclaimed packages that return back to the sender can only be reshipped at the expense of a purchaser. The calculation of the re-shipment cost will be in accordance with postal rates, depending on the type, weight of the parcel, shipping address and additional options.
- All claims must be submitted to MyMusicTaste within seven (7) days of delivery as marked by the shipping company. The customer must provide all requested documentation supporting the claim within thirty (30) business days of MyMusicTaste receiving notice of the claim. Written documentation supporting your claim may include, but is not limited to, a description and images of damage, description of goods, and proof of value such as the order number. These documents must be verifiable to MyMusicTaste’s satisfaction.
- MyMusicTaste is not liable for loss or damage resulting from any deliberate act or during the transporting and/or delivering of the goods. If, however, you received your product and believe it to be defective, or it arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 business days of the delivery date of your order. Include your order number and any photo evidence you may have showing the damage or defect. Once we receive the item you consider defective, we will fully examine it and issue a refund with its reshipment cost at the expense of MyMusicTaste.
- Duties and taxes are not included in the price. Your package may incur fees upon delivery, and this charge is determined by your local customs authority
