*MD will only be distributed at the respective venues after the Hi-Touch
event. Please note that you will not be able to receive the MD if you are not
physically present at the event.
*One random member from LOONA will sign the Lanyard.
*Defects or missing found on the package will be replaceable only on-site and will not be delivered separately.
*The ‘Group Photo’ will be sent to your MyMusicTaste registered email address approximately 60 days after the event date.
*Please note that a minimum of 25 fans will be in one group photo with the members of LOONA and this may change based on any on-site or external circumstances.
Is a ticket to the concert included in the package?
The entry ticket to the concert is NOT included in the [LOONATHEWORLD] Meet & Greet Event ticket purchase. Please purchase a separate entry ticket to enjoy the concert and attend the [LOONATHEWORLD] Meet & Greet Event.

Can I get a refund?
All sales are final and no refunds or order amendments are allowed.

Is there a limit to the number of tickets I can buy?
Yes, it is restricted to 1 ticket per account per transaction.
What if I am purchasing for somebody else?
Please enter the actual event attendee’s information in the ‘Event Attendee Information’ section during checkout.
The event attendee’s full legal name should be listed as it is shown on the valid government-issued ID displayed upon entry to the event. Please note that this purchase is non-transferable and requests to transfer one’s purchase will not be accepted.
*Only MyMusicTaste staff will wristband the attendees.
*You can only edit the 'Event Attendee Information' on our site until September 6, 2022, 2:30 AM KST.
Okay, but how will I receive my tickets?
You will receive an order confirmation email, and this only can be used to confirm your purchase.
There will be no physical tickets distributed for this event; a QR code will be available to view in the 'Order Summary' page of your MyMusicTaste account. Further instructions have been listed down below for your convenience:

Event Details
Can anyone attend this event?
Please note that age restriction policies may differ by venue; the same restrictions will apply per venue for both the [LOONATHEWORLD] Meet & Greet Event and the concert.
When can we check in for this event?
The exact check-in time and location for the event will be emailed to all purchasers approximately 1-2 days before the event date. Please note that check-in may take place earlier in order to prevent confusion with concert admission.
What form of ID is required?
Attendees must bring a valid government-issued ID that includes the participant's full legal name, date of birth, and a photo (of the attendee).
The name on the ID must match the ‘Event Attendee Information’ submitted during checkout. The QR code issued for this event should match the ID presented on site. The QR code cannot be scanned by any friends, family, and/or relatives on their behalf.
*Invalid forms of identification (i.e. credit cards) or mismatching information will result in denied entry, and MyMusicTaste will not be held liable for any issues caused in relation to this matter.
*For attendees who are minors: please note that multiple forms of government-issued ID will be accepted to verify all of the following information: legal name, date of birth, and a photo (of the attendee).
*Please make sure to bring a physical ID to the event; printed copies or photos of the ID will not count as a valid form of identification.
What are the COVID-19 protocols to enter the event?

All attendees should wear masks at all times during the event - please bring your own mask.
Please note that the artist will be wearing a mask and gloves during the
event.

Can I take pictures or videos during the event?
No, please note that taking pictures and videos is strictly prohibited for this event. Any attendees who violate this policy may be escorted out of the event.
