Do I need to register on MyMusicTaste before placing an order?

Yes, you must have a MyMusicTaste account to place an order. Please note that only single participation is allowed per account (i.e. you cannot purchase for two different people using the same MyMusicTaste account).

What kinds of payments do you accept?

We accept major credit/debit cards and PayPal.

Do I need to register on PayPal before placing an order?

No, you can create a PayPal account during checkout if you do not already have an account.

How many items can I order? Is there a limit?

It is limited to one (1) package per attendee.

What if I am purchasing for somebody else?

Please enter the actual event attendee’s information under the ‘Buyer Information’ section at checkout. Make sure to enter the full name as reflected on the valid government issued ID, which will be checked upon entry. Please note that this package is non-transferable. 

Will I get a confirmation email from MyMusicTaste?

Yes, you will receive a payment receipt and a confirmation email from us within one (2) business days of your purchase. Please also check your spam and/or junk folders if you do not see it in your inbox.

Is there a minimum of participants to participate in the event?

Yes, a minimum of 10 participants is required for the event to take place.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Can I get a refund?

All sales are final. There will be no refunds unless the event gets canceled.

Can I transfer my package to others?

Only the original purchaser can participate in the event. The package cannot be transferred to a third-party. IDs will be checked upon entry.

What is included in the package?

The exclusive package includes the following:

• A Q&A session with Holland

• An individual, 1:1 polaroid with Holland (photo will be taken by one of the MMT staff)

• Getting a personal item signed by Holland

• First entry to the show within your ticket tier (after Top 10 TasteMakers)

• Holland official tour merchandise package (3 items)

• Holland T-shirt (Large)

• Holland Hoodie (Large)

Is this a 1:1 event?

No, this event will be with Holland and several other lucky fans.

Is a ticket to the concert included in the package?

The entry ticket to the concert is not included in the Dreams Come True Event package. You will have to purchase a separate entry ticket to enjoy the concert.

Do you need to purchase a ticket to the concert to purchase the Dreams Come True Event package?

Yes, a ticket to Holland 1st World Tour Ep.1: Invitation from Neverland in Europe is mandatory in order to participate in Dreams Come True Event.

Where is this event happening?

It will be happening at the respective show venues. Please meet our MMT staff at 2:50 PM in front of the venue’s main entrance.

How long will the event last?

The event will last approximately 1 hour. However, it is subject to change depending on the tour schedule.

I have a VIP/Balcony/GA ticket, how will I receive first entry to the show?

Your numbered wristbands will be provided for you at the special event. This will give you first entry to the show within your respective tiers (after Top 10 TasteMakers).

Are there any restrictions for Q&A or photo session?

Inappropriate poses and personal questions (e.g. asking for personal contacts of members, sexual questions, etc) that may disturb the members are prohibited. As this is a Q&A session, please only ask questions and refrain from asking for requests to sing, reenactments, etc.

Can I take pictures or videos during the event?

Please note that photography and/or recording are allowed for this event.
