When will sales close?

It will close on August 2 at 18:00 AEST.

Do I need to register on MyMusicTaste before placing an order?

Yes, you must have a MyMusicTaste account to place an order. Please note that only single participation is allowed per account (i.e. you cannot purchase for two different people using the same MyMusicTaste account).

What kinds of payments do you accept?

We accept major credit/debit cards and PayPal.

Do I need to register on PayPal before placing an order?

No, you can create a PayPal account during checkout if you do not already have an account.

How many items can I order? Is there a limit?

It is limited to one (1) package per attendee.

What if I am purchasing for somebody else?

Please enter the actual event attendee’s information under the ‘Buyer Information’ section at checkout. Make sure to enter the full name as reflected on the valid government issued ID, which will be checked upon entry.

Will I get a confirmation email from MyMusicTaste?

Yes, you will receive a payment receipt and a confirmation email from us within one (1) business day of your purchase. Please also check your spam and/or junk folders if you do not see it in your inbox.

Is there a minimum of participants to participate in the event?

Yes, a minimum of 5 participants is required for the event to take place.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Can I get a refund?

All sales are final. There will be no refunds unless the event gets canceled.

Can I transfer my package to others?

Only the original purchaser can participate in the event. The package cannot be transferred to a third-party. IDs will be checked upon entry.

PACKAGE

What is included in the package?

The exclusive package includes: (1) a Q&A session with ATEEZ, (2) an individual, 1:1 picture with ATEEZ (photo will be taken with each participant’s own phone by one of the MMT staff), (3) getting your ATEEZ - The Expedition Tour in Australia tote bag signed by ATEEZ, and (4) ATEEZ official tour merchandise (4 items*).

*The 4 tour merchandise items include the t-shirt (Wave version), hoodie (Wave version), tote bag and pin badge set.

Is this a 1:1 event?

No, this event will be with ATEEZ and several other lucky fans.

Is a ticket to the concert included in the package?

The entry ticket to the concert is not included in the FEEL THE WAVE VIP EVENT package. You will have to purchase a separate entry ticket to enjoy the concert.

Do you need to purchase a ticket to the concert to purchase the FEEL THE WAVE VIP EVENT package?

Yes, a ticket to ATEEZ - THE EXPEDITION TOUR IN AUSTRALIA is mandatory in order to participate in the FEEL THE WAVE VIP EVENT.

Where is this event happening?

It will be happening at the respective show venues. Please meet our MMT staff at 12:40 PM in front of the venue’s main entrance.

How long will the event last?

The event will last about 1 to 1.5 hours. However, it is subject to change depending on the tour schedule.

Are there any restrictions for Q&A or photo session?

Inappropriate poses and personal questions (e.g. asking for personal contacts of members, sexual questions, etc) that may disturb the members are prohibited. Please also note that the questions should be directed to ATEEZ as a group rather than to the members individually.

Can I take pictures or videos during the event?

Please also note that photography and recording, including live broadcasts via social media, are strictly prohibited during the event except during the photo session. Let your phone rest and enjoy the time with ATEEZ!
