Can I change my reward?
To change your reward, you must first cancel your funding then select and pay for the reward you want.
How can I change my shipping address?
There is an ‘Edit’ button on your funding details page. You can edit your shipping details until the project closes.
I want to cancel my funding. Can I get a refund?
You can request a refund before the project closes. Kindly send us a refund request through our contact form here. Please note that all refunds must be requested before the project closes and will not be accepted after the project close date.
I want to fund multiple rewards. How can I do this?
You can only fund one reward at a time. If you want to fund additional rewards, you need to process another funding. By doing so, you will have two separate fundings.
Will the project close once the goal is reached?
No, the project will continue until the closing date.
What happens if the project doesn’t reach the goal in time?
If the goal is not reached, all proceeds will be refunded.
Will I be charged right away?
Yes, you will be charged as soon as you submit your payment information.
I don’t see my country on the dropdown list. What can I do?
Unfortunately, we can only ship to countries on the dropdown list.
What are my payment options?
You can use credit card or PayPal to make your payment.
Can I pay with any currency?
No, your payment will be made in USD.
When can I expect my rewards?
You can expect delivery within 6 months after the project closes successfully.

Thanks to all of your love and support, Holland's mini album crowdfunding project is 217% funded! Not only was the funding goal completed, but also two stretch goals got unlocked!
------Just a little update------
Holland happily started the production process for his new mini album and music videos, which are expected to finish by end of February 2019. The merchandise production is expected to finish in March.
All merchandise will be shipped within March or April 2019. In addition to all the items included in your reward, you will also receive stickers and a choker designed by Holland!
