**The outer box is just for protecting goods (scratches and discoloration on the case cannot be the reason for exchanging or returning).


I pre-ordered my album, will it count as an entry?

Only album purchases made between Thursday, October 10, 12PM CET and Wednesday, October, 16, 12PM CET will count towards this fansign.


Will my purchase be reflected on the physical albums charts?

Yes, it will be reflected in the Gaon and Hanteo charts.


Will my album have the official Hanteo Chart stamp?

Yes, your purchased album will have the Hanteo Chart stamp.



ORDER & PAYMENTS

When will sales open and close?

Open: Thursday, October 10, 12PM CET

Close: Wednesday, October 16, 12PM CET


Do I need to register on MyMusicTaste before placing an order?

Yes, you must have a MyMusicTaste account to place an order. Please note that only single participation is allowed per account (i.e. you cannot purchase for two different people using the same MyMusicTaste account).


What kinds of payments do you accept?

We accept major credit/debit cards and PayPal.


Do I need to register on PayPal before placing an order?

No, you can create a PayPal account during checkout if you do not already have an account.


Do I have to pay a shipping fee at checkout?

Yes, you will need to pay a shipping fee at checkout.


How many items can I order? Is there a limit?

It is restricted to 20 albums per transaction. If you wish to purchase more, you can do so by going through another transaction.


*One bulk order = one transaction

**One album in the bulk = one entry (e.g. if you purchase 5 albums, you will have 5 entries)


How do I check my order status?

You will receive an order summary email upon completing your order successfully. You can also check your order(s) under ‘Purchases’ after logging into your MyMusicTaste account.


Please keep in mind that you will receive an email and SMS for your order regardless of the notifications settings on your MyMusicTaste account.


What if I am purchasing for someone else?

Please enter the actual event attendee’s information under the ‘Fansign Information’ section when you checkout. The event is non-transferrable and we will be checking IDs on the day of the event. If the names on the order and the ID do not match, participation in the event will be denied.


You will not be able to edit any details once you submit your order so please make sure to have all information entered correctly before checking out.


Again, please note that only single participation is allowed per account (i.e. you cannot purchase for two different people using the same MyMusicTaste account).


My payment did not go through. What should I do?

Please check if your card is eligible for foreign transactions and has sufficient amount after taxes and shipping fees are applied. If the payment still doesn’t go through, please check with your bank.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Can I get a refund?

All sales are final. There will be no refunds unless the event gets canceled.


Can I transfer my package to others?

Only the original purchaser can participate in the event. The package cannot be transferred to a third-party. IDs will be checked upon entry.



SHIPPING

Where can I get my album shipped to?

You can only get your order shipped to the countries listed in the shipping list.


What are the shipping options?

For those who use a package forwarding service and have a Korea-based shipping address, you MUST also enter a Korea-based phone number. The domestic shipping company will not be able to ship to a local address if you’ve entered an international phone number as your contact information. MyMusicTaste is not liable nor responsible for any packages lost or returned if the purchaser has entered an unreachable contact information.


Please note that it is the purchaser's responsibility to check whether their chosen delivery method is compatible with their delivery address and/or local customs authority. Should failure to check result in the package being returned to the sender, the re-shipment fee will be at the expense of the purchaser.


*The delivery periods listed above are the estimated standard delivery times. Please note that there may be delays depending on external circumstances.


Are customs duties included in the price?

Duties and taxes are not included in the price. Your package may incur fees upon delivery and this charge is determined by your local customs authority.


Can I change the delivery address on my order?

No, you will not be able to edit any details once you submit your order so please make sure to have everything entered correctly before checking out.


What is MyMusicTaste’s EORI code?

Our European Union registration and identification (EORI) number is IE3431072KH.


My package is being sent back to the sender because I missed my delivery. What should I do?

Failure to fill in the shipping information correctly may result in issues regarding product delivery. There will be no compensation for resulting damages.


If you would like the product to be re-delivered, please note the additional shipping costs incurred are at the expense of the purchaser. The calculation of the re-shipment cost will be in accordance with postal rates, depending on the type, the weight of the parcel, shipping address, and additional options.


All claims for refund, damaged products, and etc should be filed within 7 days upon delivery.


My package is damaged or has a defect. What should I do?

MyMusicTaste is not liable for loss or damage resulting from any deliberate act or during the transporting and/or delivering of the goods. If, however, you received your product and believe there is a defect or it arrived damaged, please contact us within 5 business days of the delivery date of your order. Include your order number and any photo evidence you may have showing the damage or defect. Once we receive the item you consider defective, we will fully examine it and issue a refund with its re-shipment cost at the expense of MyMusicTaste.



WINNERS SELECTION

How will you select the winners?

Winners will be selected randomly via a draw. Please note that travel expenses are to be covered by the winners themselves.


Can I win more than once?

No, you cannot win multiple times.


Can I participate multiple times?

You can purchase more than one album (1 CD = 1 entry) to participate in the draw, but you can only attend the signing session once.


When will you announce the winners?

The winners will be announced on Thursday, October 17 at 12PM CET.


Where will you announce the winners?

All winners will be contacted via email and SMS.


What if I win but cannot attend the fansign?

Should you get selected but wish to forfeit your win, please contact us within two (2) days after the announcement is made here. Your spot will be given to another lucky winner via a new draw.



FANSIGN DETAILS

Is this a 1:1 event?

No, this event will be with CIX and 100 lucky fans.


Where is this event happening?

It will be happening in Frankfurt. The exact location will be announced through the section ‘Updates’ on the project page.


How long will the event last?

TBD.


What is the age restriction for this event?

Below 12: Not allowed inside the venue

12 to 16: Allowed to attend with a letter of consent*

17 and above: Allowed to attend alone


*The letter of consent needs to be written and signed by a parent. Please bring it along with you to the venue on the day of the event.


If you are accompanied by a parent, please note that the parent is not allowed inside the venue and will have to wait outside.


What documents should I bring to prove that I am the winner?

You must bring your ID with the name and the date of birth printed on it. Only ID cards, passports, and student ID cards are allowed to identify your information. We do not accept copies or photographs of ID card so please bring along the physical copy of it.


How will the order be determined?

A draw for the number tag will be held 1 hour before the start of the fansign. There is no benefit to coming early.


The fansign event will take place according to the number tags participants received. When it is your turn to get an autograph, please follow our staff’s instructions and bring your album and number tag with you.


Can I take any seat I want?

Number tags will be drawn randomly on-site. ID verification and album distribution are carried out when the number tags are distributed. The place assignments will proceed in order of numbers received.


Should I bring my own CD?

We will provide 1 CD for each winner, the rest (if you ordered more) will be shipped to you via post.


Will there be a translator?

On-site instructions by staff will be given in English.  


Can I take pictures or videos during the event?

You can take pictures and videos of the entire fansign event from your seat. However, pictures, videos, and audio recordings will be prohibited while you are waiting in line to approach the signing table and as you are getting your albums signed. You must leave your cell phone, camera, camcorder, and any other recording device at your seat. If you are found violating this rule, you will be instructed to delete the photo and/or video and will be escorted out of the fansign.


Can I ask them questions?

Only one question per member is allowed. Writing down any questions on Post-it is not allowed. Personal questions that may disturb members are prohibited (asking for personal contacts of members, sexual questions, etc).


What language should I write my question in?

Please write it in either simple English or Korean.


Can I bring my own pen?

No. Pens will be provided.


Can I bring another item to sign?

Autographs will only be done on the ‘CIX EP Album Vol.1 [Hello Chapter 1. Hello, Stranger]’. Only ‘Hello Ver.’ is available onsite. If you would like to get autographs on the ‘Stranger Ver.’ you must bring it on your own.


Will this event be open for everyone to see? Or is it closed?

The event will be open only for 100 fans who got selected. No walk-ins.


Can I give gifts to artists?

Please note that the artists are not accepting fan gifts at this event. Fan letters, however, will be accepted.


You can bring props (e.g. caps, hats, toys, etc.) for artists to wear and take pictures with. However, you MUST take your prop back after the event. Uncollected items will be disposed of. Both the artists and the venue partners seek your cooperation on this matter.



FANSIGN RULES AND REGULATIONS

Are there any specific rules regarding behavior during the event? Will I be denied participation should I be warned by staff?

Yes. Please refer to the list below.


Can I touch the artists?

Rude remarks or requests for excessive touch from or towards artists are not allowed (selfies, hugging, swearing, sexual remarks etc). Direct touch such as sticker attachment, pinching of cheeks, or scribbling on members’ skin is prohibited.


Where should they sign? Only on the first page?

Please mark your specific page in order to get artists’ autograph by using your own index Post-it. Each member will give autographs only one page that you choose.


Can I move freely during the event?

No, please remain in your seat during the signing event.


Can I write my question in my mother tongue?

You can write your questions only in simple English or Korean.


Can I take pictures?

You can only take pictures and videos freely from your seat at the fansign event. You are not allowed to use flash when taking pictures.


You cannot bring items such as cell phones, cameras, camcorders, recorders, etc. with you up to the stage when getting autographs. Data will be deleted and further participation in the fansign event will be denied if detected or caught.


Can I scream the members’ name to get their attention?

Should it be too loud that it interferes with the event, you will be excluded from the event so please refrain from doing so.


Can I bring props (cute hats, headbands and etc.) for them to wear and pose for photos?

You can bring props (e.g. caps, hats, toys, etc.) for artists to wear and take pictures with. However, you MUST take your prop back after the event. Uncollected items will be disposed of.


If you bring a hat, hairband, or any other or any other accessories for the artist to wear, please give it to a member of our staff. Our staff will pass it along to the artists, who may or may not decide to wear it.


Are there any specific items I am not allowed to bring in?

Yes, please DO NOT bring these listed items: Inaccessible and invalid patterns, items which could lead to misunderstandings, items which may contain possibilities of misleading regarding religion, race, political issues.

 

Use of explosives is strictly prohibited. Also, please do not bring any valuable belongings with you to the event. MyMusicTaste is not responsible for the loss or damage of your personal items.


What if I get hungry or thirsty, can I bring food/drinks?  

Food is not allowed. You can bring water with you.


Will there be a bag search?

Yes. All bags are subject to search due to security regulations.

Cancellation notice

Dear CIX Fans,


We deeply regret to inform you that the CIX Global Fansign Event in Frankfurt, which was scheduled for October 27th, has been canceled due to a sudden conflict in the artist's overseas schedule.


We ask for your generous understanding and express our sincerest apologies to all CIX fans around the world who participated in the event.


All purchasers will receive a FULL refund (including the album price and shipping fees) from MyMusicTaste within the next 24 hours.


We are truly saddened to deliver this news to fans who have been waiting to meet CIX in person. We will work hard to bring your favorite artists to you in the future.
