When will sales open?

Sales will open on November 11 at 10:00 AM KST.

When will sales close?

Sales will close by the following dates unless all packages for the city are sold out before the closing date.

Chicago: December 1, 10:00 AM KST

Atlanta: November 30, 10:00 AM KST

Minneapolis: December 2, 10:00 AM KST

Do I need to register on MyMusicTaste before placing an order?

Yes, you must have a MyMusicTaste account to place an order.

What kinds of payments do you accept?

We accept major credit/debit cards and PayPal.

Do I need to register on PayPal before placing an order?

No, you can create a PayPal account during checkout if you do not already have an account.

How many items can I order? Is there a limit?

You can purchase multiple packages under the same MyMusicTaste account, but it is limited to one (1) package per attendee (i.e. every package has to be under different purchaser information). However, it is advised for each package to be purchased under your own MyMusicTaste account.

What if I am purchasing for somebody else?

Please enter the actual event attendee’s information under the ‘Buyer Information’ section at checkout. Make sure to enter the full name as reflected on the valid government-issued ID, which will be checked upon entry.

You will not be able to edit your information after the transaction is completed, so please ensure that all entered information is correct before checking out.

Will I get a confirmation email from MyMusicTaste?

Yes, you will receive a payment receipt within one (1) business day of your purchase. The confirmation email will be sent to you before the sale closes. Please also check your spam and/or junk folders if you do not see it in your inbox.

Is there a minimum of participants to participate in the event?

Yes, a minimum of 5 participants is required for the event to take place.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Can I get a refund?

All sales are final. There will be no refunds unless the event gets canceled.

Can I transfer my package to others?

Only the original purchaser can participate in the event. The package cannot be transferred to a third-party. IDs will be checked upon entry.

Again, you will not be able to edit your information after the transaction is completed, so please ensure that all entered information is correct before checking out.

PACKAGE

What is included in the package?

The exclusive package includes:

- Merchandise package (5 items - hoodie, t-shirt, long sleeve, cap, totebag)

- Q&A session

- Personal item signing

- Photo session (1 photo; photo will be taken on participant’s personal phone)

Is this an 1:1 event?

No, this event will be with A.C.E and several other lucky fans.

Is a ticket to the concert included in the package?

The entry ticket to the concert is not included in the Higher Choice: Mission 2.0 package. You will have to purchase a separate entry ticket to enjoy the concert.

Do you need to purchase a ticket to the concert to purchase the Higher Choice: Mission 2.0 special event package?

Yes, a ticket to the concert is required in order to participate in the Higher Choice: Mission 2.0 special event.

When and where is this event happening?

The event will be held at the respective show venues.

How long will the event last?

The event will last about 1.5 hours. However, it is subject to change depending on the tour schedule.

Can I take pictures or videos during the event?

Recording and/or taking pictures of the event will not be allowed except during the photo session. Let your phone rest and enjoy the time with A.C.E!

Can I use a camera for the photo session with A.C.E?

Unfortunately no, cameras are not allowed. You can only use your mobile phone for the photo-taking session.

Will I be allowed to choose poses for the photo session?

Yes, but kindly note that poses that require excessive physical touch, inappropriate sets or situation reenactments are strictly prohibited. You may be asked to change the pose if requested by a staff member.

Do Higher Choice: Mission 2.0 package purchasers get priority entry to the concert?

Yes, there will be priority entry for the special event attendees. The entry sequence is as follows: Top 10 → VIP + special event attendees → VIP → GA + special event attendees → GA.
