What are the available ticket tiers (options)?

- LIVE ONLY

*MD is available for purchase at the SMTOWN &STORE.

How long is the show?

The show will go on for approximately 90 minutes. 

*Runtime and programs may be subject to change due to onsite conditions or other external factors.

Can anyone view it?

All those who have purchased a ticket to XR LIVE NCT DREAM SPECIAL EVENT : DREAM CINEMA on SMTOWN &STORE or MyMusicTaste will be able to view the event on MyMusicTaste.

*Purchasers residing in South Korea must stream the event via U+ Idol Live.

Will subtitles be available for this event?

Yes! English and Japanese subtitles will be available on MyMusicTaste.

Can I get a refund?

All sales are final and no refunds or order amendments are allowed.
Please check your order thoroughly before completing the transaction.

Is there a limit to the number of tickets I can buy per transaction?

No, you may purchase as many ticket tiers (options) as you like!

*However, please note that all tickets are non-transferable and in the case that multiple ‘LIVE’ tickets are purchased, only one device will be able to stream the event.

Okay, but how will I receive my tickets?

There will be no physical tickets distributed for this event, nor will a direct link containing the event's streaming link be emailed out to purchasers.

You will only receive an order confirmation email, and this can be used to confirm your purchase.

How do I start streaming?

For those who have purchased on MyMusicTaste.com and received an order confirmation email, log in to your MyMusicTaste account and visit the 'LIVE' page on MyMusicTaste.com. 

Then, select the ‘XR LIVE NCT DREAM SPECIAL EVENT : DREAM CINEMA ’ option during the event time! 

What if I bought my ticket from another website such as SMTOWN &STORE? 

How can I access the live streaming event?

Please see the following instructions in order to access the event if a ticket was purchased via SMTOWN &STORE:

1. Sign up or log in to MyMusicTaste

2. After completing your purchase/product, head to the ‘LIVE’ page and select XR LIVE NCT DREAM SPECIAL EVENT : DREAM CINEMA

3. In the bottom right hand corner, select ‘BUY TICKET NOW’

4. Search for the ‘REDEEM’ button (this may differ based on your display settings ie. PC or mobile)

5. Click on the ‘REDEEM’ button

6. Enter the code you received from SMTOWN &STORE(A valid REDEEM code should look like this: **-NCT**-******)

7. After selecting the above, press ‘submit’ and head back to the ‘LIVE’ page on the event day to start streaming!

Can I report Illegally Downloaded/Streamed/Copied Contents?

If you happen to see any content online that has been illegally posted without the consent of the artists’ management or MyMusicTaste, please fill out this Google Form so that we can take appropriate action.
