When and where is the event happening?

2021 KIM MYUNG SOO Ontact Fan Meeting [Remember US] will be on Saturday, February 20, 2021 at 4:00 PM KST, and it will be held on the official MyMusicTaste website.

How long is the show?

The show will go on for approximately 100 minutes. 

(Runtime and programs may be subject to change due to onsite conditions or other external factors).

Can anyone purchase a ticket to this event and is there an age restriction?

No, please be advised that only fans residing outside of South Korea and Taiwan will be able to purchase the tickets via MyMusicTaste.com. There is no age restriction; fans of all ages are welcome.

Will there be subtitles available?

Yes, there will be English subtitles available.

When will the 1 on 1 Video Call happen?

The 1 on 1 video call with KIM MYUNG SOO will start 40 minutes after the 2021 KIM MYUNG SOO Ontact Fan Meeting [Remember US] ends.

When will you announce the winners for the random lottery events?

The winners will be announced on February 9, 2021 via an individually sent email to the  winners. 

How will you send the selfie photo?

KIM MYUNG SOO’s selfie photo will be sent 3 days after the 2021 KIM MYUNG SOO Ontact Fan Meeting [Remember US] event, to the winner’s email associated with their MyMusicTaste account.  

Is there a limit to the number of tickets I can buy?

No, you may purchase multiple tickets from different ticket tiers under one MyMusicTaste account.

However, in the case that multiple ‘LIVE’ tickets are purchased under the same MyMusicTaste account, you will still only be able to watch the event on one device.

One account and one device can view the live streaming event.

Can each item be purchased separately? Or are they only available in a set?

All items will only be sold in a bundle, along with the other benefits listed within the ticket tier. Once again, please note that the MD items or bundle cannot be purchased separately.

Will there be any MyMusicTaste TasteMaker benefits? 

There will be no Tastemaker benefits for the 2021 KIM MYUNG SOO Ontact Fan Meeting [Remember US].

What kinds of payment do you accept?

Do the prices include taxes, ticketing fees, and shipping fees?

No, you have to pay the necessary fees upon checkout. Please note that all prices listed before checkout do NOT include taxes or ticketing/service/shipping fees.

Do I need to register on MyMusicTaste before placing an order?

Yes, you must have a MyMusicTaste account to place an order. Please note that only single participation is allowed per account (i.e. you cannot purchase for two different people using the same MyMusicTaste account).

Okay, but how will I receive my tickets?

There will be no physical tickets distributed for this event, and no direct link containing the event's streaming link will be emailed.

You will receive a confirmation email to the email address used upon joining MyMusicTaste, and this can be used to confirm your purchase.

Do I need to register on PayPal before placing an order?

No, you can create a PayPal account during the checkout process if you do not already have an account.

I have purchased the ticket to the live streaming event. What should I do next?

You’re all set to go! On the day of the show, please review the ‘MyMusicTaste Live’ section of the FAQ for further instructions on how to access the live streaming event!

How do I start streaming?

Head to our 'Live' page on MyMusicTaste.com and select the 2021 KIM MYUNG SOO Ontact Fan Meeting [Remember US] option to get started! 

Detailed instructions have been listed down below:

1. Log into your MyMusicTaste account you used to purchase the VOD

2. Visit the ‘LIVE’ page on MyMusicTaste.com & select the project you are looking to stream/watch 

3. Press the ‘Play’ button

**Please remember that you can only watch the show from one device. 

**The streaming content may freeze or show an error message if the window you are watching it on is set as a background or if you are inactive for more than 10 minutes.

Can I record the online streaming show/concert?

Live streaming/filming/recording the event with any device is prohibited.

Unauthorized copying, distribution, and selling of content without consent of the copyright owner are an act of copyright infringement. 

Any illegally uploaded/recorded content will be reported to that social media platform directly and taken down. Legal action will be taken if needed. 

Reporting Illegally Downloaded/Streamed/Copied Content

If you happen to see any content online that has been illegally posted without the consent of the artists’ management or MyMusicTaste, please fill out this Google Form so that we may take appropriate action to have these videos removed/taken down. 

The countdown clock has disappeared, does this mean the show/concert isn’t happening?

Nope not at all! This just means that we are preparing for the show/concert and it will begin shortly.

Can I watch the live streaming show on my mobile device or any other device?

Yes, but please be advised that watching it on any device other than a desktop/laptop may alter the visual interface and other options/functions that are available (such as the live chat feature).

What will the VOD be like?

The VOD is a replay service that will be provided to view the event after the Korea Media Rating Board has reviewed its contents. 

Please note, the schedule is subject to change based on the review. 

All performances from the live streaming event may not be included in the VOD service due to copyright issues. 

Will the VOD be available to watch forever? Infinitely?

The VOD will be available to view for 3 months after it has been released/uploaded to MyMusicTaste.

What should I do if I'm on the live streaming page but it says the following message:

"Oops try again or contact us here"

Please do not abuse the refresh button by continuously pressing the refresh symbol on the page. If this message/error is showing on your page, please wait a couple of minutes to refresh the page ONCE. 

Even after you have done this and the live streaming event is still not available, please reach out to us here for additional assistance.

Please make sure you are logged into the MyMusicTaste account you have purchased the live streaming show ticket with. You must be logged into your account in order to view the concert.

SHIPPING

Due to the current circumstances surrounding COVID-19, we’re experiencing delays and suspension from some delivery couriers. We’re dispatching our orders as per usual, but the following couriers are experiencing delays in shipping to the respective countries. 

We ask for your understanding in that your order may get canceled if your chosen shipping method becomes unavailable upon your order. 

For regions/areas where delivery has been suspended due to COVID-19, packages will be shipped out when delivery becomes available.

*Please note that all shipping addresses for DHL Express, including recipient name should be written in English letters only. If Japanese, Chinese or any other characters are used in your information, it may affect the shipping status and cause delays.

***Please be advised that DHL Express is unable to deliver packages to P.O. Box addresses or to military bases.

Can I change the delivery address on my order?

Yes, you can edit the delivery address via ‘My Orders’ on the project page; however, the country of your shipping address cannot be changed once the payment has been made.

Please also note that you will not be able to make any changes after the sales end date on February 20, 2021 at 3:59 PM KST.

**All Korea based shipping addresses must be written in Korean characters, and include a valid Korean phone number in order to prevent delays in shipment. MyMusicTaste is not liable nor responsible for any packages lost, returned, or delayed should the purchaser fail to follow the above.

**If DHL Express is the selected courier of choice, please be advised that once the package has been shipped out all address change requests should be made directly with the courier via their ODD service. 

Where can I get my albums shipped to?

You can only get your order(s) shipped to the countries via the courier services currently listed on the project page.

When will my order be shipped out?

Your order will be shipped out approximately 2 weeks after the 2021 KIM MYUNG SOO Ontact Fan Meeting [Remember US] event date, and your tracking number will be available to view via the ‘Purchases’ section of your ‘My Activity’ page once your order has been shipped.

Are duties and taxes included in the price?

Duties and taxes are NOT included in the price.

Please note that all international packages may be subject to duties and taxes depending on the country, and this charge is determined by your local customs authority. Kindly refer to your local customs website for more information. 

Failure to comply or pay for the fees incurred within the designated time period determined by your local customs authority may result in your package being returned or permanently disposed of, and MyMusicTaste will not be responsible for any issues caused regarding this matter.

My package is being sent back to the sender because I missed my delivery. What should I do?

Failure to fill in the shipping information correctly may result in issues regarding product delivery. There will be no compensation for resulting damages.

If you would like the product to be re-delivered, please note the additional shipping costs incurred are at the expense of the purchaser.

How much would it cost for a re-shipment?

The calculation of the re-shipment cost will be in accordance with postal rates, depending on the type, the weight of the parcel, shipping address, and additional options. 

Re-shipment cost = shipping fee + forwarding fee + return fee*

My package is damaged or defective. What should I do?

MyMusicTaste is not liable for loss or damage resulting from any deliberate act or during the transporting and/or delivery of the goods. If, however, you have received your product and believe there is a defect or it arrived damaged, please contact us within seven (7) business days of the delivery date of your order. Include your order number, a photo of the shipping label which you may find on the outside of your parcel box, and any photo evidence you may have showing the damage or defect. Once we receive the item you consider defective, we will fully examine it and offer a full or partial exchange of the product with its re-shipment cost at the expense of MyMusicTaste.

For defective or missing items of projects with multiple versions of goods, please be advised that the exact same item or version may not be guaranteed as a replacement. 

Can I use a third-party shipping or freight forwarding service?

If a third-party shipping or freight forwarding service is used to ship items internationally, please be informed that:

• Packages may be delayed, lost, rejected, or charged additional customs fees, which will be the sole responsibility of the purchaser

• MyMusicTaste will not be responsible for any loss, damage, defect, material difference, or fees incurred after they’re delivered to you or a freight forwarder.

• MyMusicTaste will not be able to provide a replacement, refund, or compensation for any shipment taken outside of South Korea via a freight forwarding or third-party shipping service.

• You or the designated freight forwarder are solely responsible for compliance with all export and import regulations. MyMusicTaste must not be listed on any export documentation (e.g., invoices, air waybills, packing lists, export declarations, etc.).
