How long is the show?

The show will go on for approximately 90 minutes.

Can anyone view it?

All those who have purchased a ticket to 2021 THE BOYZ X ATEEZ ONLINE LIVE : "2WILIGHT ZONE" on MyMusicTaste.com will be able to view the event on U+ Idol Live.

*Purchasers residing in South Korea must stream the event via U+ Idol Live. 

U+ Idol Live streaming and contact information:

• All inquiries regarding technical difficulties or streaming issues should be sent to U+ Idol Live at uplusidollive@gmail.com.

*Age restrictions: please be advised that the concert is only available to viewers 7 years and older. 

What is the VOD and when will it be available? 

The VOD is a replay service that will be viewable after the Korea Media Rating Board has reviewed its contents. Therefore, it will be available in approximately one to three months after the event has ended.

Please note that the schedule is subject to change based on the review and the VOD may not include all performances due to copyright issues. 

How long will the VOD be available?

The VOD will be available to view for 90 days after it has been uploaded on MyMusicTaste’s website. 

When will my order be shipped out?

Orders are expected to be shipped out starting from the first week of November, and your tracking number will be available to view via the ‘Purchases’ section of your ‘My Activity’ page once your order has been shipped.

Can I change the delivery address on my order?

You can edit the delivery address on our site before the sales end date on September 16, 2021 at 6:00 PM KST.

Are duties and taxes included in the product (MD) price?

Duties and taxes are NOT included in the product (MD) price.

Can I get a refund?

All sales are final and no refunds or order amendments are allowed.
Please check your order thoroughly before completing the transaction.

Is there a limit to the number of tickets I can buy per transaction?

It is restricted to 20 tickets per transaction.
If you wish to purchase more, you can do so by going through another transaction.

Is there a limit to the number of ticket tiers (options) I can buy?

No, you may purchase as many ticket tiers (options) as you like!

**Please note that all tickets are non-transferable and in the case that multiple ‘LIVE’ tickets are purchased, one account will be able to stream the event on up to two (2) devices.

Okay, but how will I receive my tickets?

Those who have purchased their ticket on MyMusicTaste.com will receive a redeem code and a direct streaming link to view the event on U+Idol Live.

After completing your purchase on MyMusicTaste.com, you should receive an order confirmation email, and this can be used to confirm your purchase.

Shortly after the sales end date, you will receive a redeem code at the email address registered to your MyMusicTaste account. Codes will be sent out to all purchasers per the following date and time: 

- Date & time: September 17, 2021 at 12:00 AM KST

How do I start streaming? How and where can I view the event?

1. Visit U+ Idol Live and sign up or log in to your account

2. Head to the streaming page and enter your ticket/redeem code

3. After registering your ticket/redeem code, select 2021 THE BOYZ X ATEEZ ONLINE LIVE : "2WILIGHT ZONE" to start streaming!

• Codes can be redeemed starting from September 17, 2021 at 12:00 AM KST to September 17, 2021 at 11:00 PM KST.

Redeem Code Precautions:

- After purchasing your ticket and registering your redeem code, please note that all sales are final refunds will not be allowed

- Per every one (1) account, up to two (2) devices can be used to stream this event

- Should your ticket be resold or used for profit extortion purposes, please note that your purchase will be canceled

If you happen to see any content online that has been illegally posted without the consent of the artists’ management or MyMusicTaste, please fill out this Google Form so that we can take appropriate action.
