When is the event happening?

The XR LIVE aespa SPECIAL EVENT "Party-On" will be held on November 20, 2021 at 8:00 PM KST.

Close: November 20, 2021 at 8:30 PM KST

What are the available ticket tiers (options)?

- LIVE ONLY

- LIVE + Exclusive MD

- Exclusive MD

**The MD included ticket will be available to purchase until November 27, 2021 at 23:59 PM KST

Which items are included in the Exclusive MD?

- 1 Photo Holder / 8cm x 12cm x 0.5cm

- 3 Photo Cards / 5.5cm x 8.5cm

- 2 Member Photo Cards (Random 2 out of 8 versions)

- 1 Group Photo Card (Random 1 out of 2 versions)

*Exclusive MD is a set of 1 Photo Holder and 3 Photo Cards. Photo Cards will not be sold seperately.

*Please note that all MD variations and member selections will be distributed randomly.

How long is the show?

The show will go on for approximately 90 minutes. 

*Runtime and programs may be subject to change due to onsite conditions or other external factors.

Can anyone view it?

All those who have purchased a ticket to XR LIVE aespa SPECIAL EVENT "Party-On"

 on MyMusicTaste will be able to view the event on MyMusicTaste.

*Purchasers residing in South Korea must purchase the ticket from U+ Idol Live or Yes24 and stream the event via U+ Idol Live.

Will subtitles be available for this event?

Yes! English and Japanese subtitles will be available on MyMusicTaste.

When will my order be shipped out?

Orders are expected to be shipped out starting from December 27, 2021.

Please be advised that the above date is tentative and is subject to change. Feel free to refer to our [Help Center: 'SHIPPING UPDATE'] section for more information. 

Once your order has been shipped, your tracking number will be available to view via the ‘Purchases’ section of your ‘My Activity’ page.

Can I change the delivery address on my order?

You can edit the delivery address on our site before the sales end date on November 27, 2021 at 23:59 PM KST.

Are duties and taxes included in the product (MD) price?

Duties and taxes are NOT included in the product (MD) price.

Can I get a refund?

All sales are final and no refunds or order amendments are allowed.
Please check your order thoroughly before completing the transaction.

Is there a limit to the number of tickets I can buy per transaction?

It is restricted to 20 tickets per transaction.

If you wish to purchase more, you can do so by going through another transaction.

*However, please note that all tickets are non-transferable and in the case that multiple ‘LIVE’ tickets are purchased, only one device at a time will be able to stream the event.

Okay, but how will I receive my tickets?

There will be no physical tickets distributed for this event, nor will a direct link containing the event's streaming link be emailed out to purchasers.

You will only receive an order confirmation email, and this can be used to confirm your purchase.

How do I start streaming?

For those who have purchased a ticket on MyMusicTaste, please log in to your MyMusicTaste account and visit the 'LIVE' page on MyMusicTaste.com.

Then, select the ‘XR LIVE aespa SPECIAL EVENT "Party-On”‘ option during the event time! 

Can I report Illegally Downloaded/Streamed/Copied Contents?

If you happen to see any content online that has been illegally posted without the consent of the artists’ management or MyMusicTaste, please fill out this Google Form so that we can take appropriate action.
