[How to Participate]

1. Date: Tuesday, June 16, 2020, 12:00 PM (KST)

2. Sales Period: Monday, May 18, 2020, 6:00 PM (KST) ~ Wednesday, May 27, 2020, 11:59 (KST), for 10 days

(All albums bought will be reflected in the first week of the Hanteo Chart)

3. Sales Method: Randomly select 50 people out of the purchasers who have bought 門OON : REPACKAGE Moon Byul 1st Ontact Live on MyMusicTaste website during the sales period

(Only purchasers currently residing in Asia (EXCEPT countries in Northeast Asia), Oceania, North America, Europe, South America, and the Middle East will be able to participate in the draw for this Meet & Call. Any purchasers residing in continents not listed above will be excluded from the draw for the event. However, there will be no change to the shipment of your album purchase.)

4. Winners Announcement: On Thursday, May 28, 2020, 2:00 PM (KST) through an individually sent email to the winners

5. Included Gifts

- For every purchaser: One Moon Byul Postcard (random 1 out of 2) per album

- For every winner: An autographed paper and a photocard set

[Precautions]

- No refund and exchange allowed for albums purchased for the event.

- If you do not receive the phone call more than twice, you will be eliminated from participating in the event.

- The winner is the only person allowed to participate in the event, and if another person receives the phone call or more than two people answer, the phone call may be terminated. Please keep this in mind.

- An English interpreter will be assisting the conversation but due to the time limit, the participation of the interpreter will be limited to the minimum.

- Winners will need to submit their personal information and a question by replying to the winner announcement email within Thursday, May 28, 2:00 PM (KST) to Saturday, May 30, 2:00 PM.

<Required information>

- Order Number

- Messenger of Preference (One out of Skype/LINE/Kakaotalk/WeChat/Hangout)

- The ID of your chosen messenger or phone number or email address

(The ID must be searchable and public)

- The question you want to ask

  - The question must be asked in English or Korean

  - For convenience, the question will be posted on the paper to be signed

  - A question that is prohibited or against the format will be limited

Use of personal information

- The receiver of the customer's personal information: MyMusicTaste

- Purpose of usage: To verify the winners and to send packages

- Information gathered: Name, birthdate, phone number, platform ID

- Usage period: Once the purpose is fulfilled, the information will be disposed of

- Due to time constraints, only short one-sentence questions are allowed.

- Questions regarding ideal types (What is your ideal type?)

* Your question will be answered live during the event

[Event guidelines]

■ The winner prepares his/her phone before the event and waits for their turn

-The order of the fan sign will be informed individually via email to the winners only

-There might be a sudden change in order due to unexpected situations during the event

■ Answer the video phone call

-Before the video phone call, you will be guided via your chosen platform

- If you do not receive the phone call more than twice, we will move on to the next person, so please be sure to answer the call

■ When the Fansign event wraps up, please be sure to end the call

- Please keep in mind that if the participant does not end the call, the phone call may be terminated

※ Fansign Events of MyMusicTaste are conducted according to management guidelines. Therefore, the operation method differs by artist, please keep it in mind. Please do read through precautions thoroughly and make sure to follow them. 

<DISCLAIMER>

- All unclaimed packages that return back to the sender can only be reshipped at the expense of a purchaser. The calculation of the re-shipment cost will be in accordance with postal rates, depending on the type, weight of the parcel, shipping address and additional options.

- All claims must be submitted to MyMusicTaste within seven (7) days of delivery as marked by the shipping company. The customer must provide all requested documentation supporting the claim within thirty (30) business days of MyMusicTaste receiving notice of the claim. Written documentation supporting your claim may include, but is not limited to, a description and images of damage, description of goods, and proof of value such as the order number. These documents must be verifiable to MyMusicTaste’s satisfaction.

- MyMusicTaste is not liable for loss or damage resulting from any deliberate act or during the transporting and/or delivering of the goods. If, however, you received your product and believe it to be defective, or it arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 business days of the delivery date of your order. Include your order number and any photo evidence you may have showing the damage or defect. Once we receive the item you consider defective, we will fully examine it and issue a refund with its reshipment cost at the expense of MyMusicTaste.

- Duties and taxes are not included in the price. Your package may incur fees upon delivery, and this charge is determined by your local customs authorit
