When and where is the event happening?

How long is the show?

The show will go on for a minimum of 125 mins

(Runtime and programs may be subject to change due to onsite conditions and/or other external factors).

Will there be subtitles during the event/show?

Yes, there will be English and Japanese subtitles available.

Can anyone participate?

Yes! All fans are welcome to join.

Is there an age restriction? 

There is no age restriction for this event. Fans of all ages are welcome.

There are 6 types of tickets you can choose from. The tiers (types of tickets) have been listed down below:

What if I bought my ticket from another website such as YES24 or SKIYAKI? 

How can I watch the live streaming event?

Please see the following instructions in order to access the event if a ticket was purchased via YES24 or SKIYAKI:

1. Head over to the concert live page > 2. Select ‘Buy now’ 3. You will be directed to the concert ticketing page where you can input your ‘redeem code’ 4. Enter the code and select ‘submit’ 5. After confirming your purchase/product, select ‘redeem’ 6. Your ticket will then appear in your “purchases” section 7. Head back to the concert live page > to confirm that your order has been processed then begin streaming!

For those who purchased their ticket from YES24, your redeem code will be available to view via the "My Concert" Page in YES24 TICKET starting October 23, 2020 @ 3:00 PM KST.

For those who purchased their tickets from SKIYAKI, your redeem code will be available to view the mobile app starting October 22, 2020 @ 12:00 PM KST.

*ATEEZ Official Fanclub ATINY First Members ticket sales will be exclusively happening on YES24. (In order to receive the Fanclub benefits, make sure to buy your ticket using the same ID used to apply/register for ATEEZ Official Fanclub ATINY First Members)

Do I need to register on MyMusicTaste before placing an order?

Yes, you must have a MyMusicTaste account to place an order. Please note that only single participation is allowed per account (i.e. you cannot purchase for two different people using the same MyMusicTaste account).

*After purchasing tickets from YES24 or SKIYAKI, please visit us here at to register for an account if you do not already have one. 

You must have a MyMusicTaste account in order to view the live streaming event that was purchased from YES24 or SKIYAKI. 

Will there be any MyMusicTaste TasteMaker benefits?

No, Tastemaker benefits will not be available for this online streaming event.

What kinds of payments do you accept?

We accept major credit/debit cards (VISA, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and KakaoPay. 


*Please be advised that PayPal is not available for users with a Korean phone number, Korean billing address, and Korean shipping address.

My payment did not go through. What should I do?

Please check if your card is eligible for foreign transactions and has a sufficient amount after taxes and shipping fees are applied. If the payment still doesn’t go through, please check with your bank.

What is KakaoPay?

KakaoPay is a newly available payment method that allows users to make purchases in KRW on MyMusicTaste. Should you have any questions regarding KakaoPay, please address all inquiries directly to the KakaoPay Customer Service Center for further assistance.


Can I use KakaoPay to purchase a product in a different currency (USD or EUR) besides KRW?

Transactions in KRW cannot be made via VISA, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal, and no other payment method besides KakaoPay can support transactions in KRW on MyMusicTaste for the time being.


Should you wish to proceed with a different payment method other than KakaoPay:


- Please return to the first page of the desired project to reselect the payment currency from KRW to USD or EUR.


- However, should you select your payment currency to USD or EUR, the only possible payment methods will be VISA, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal.


I am not a South Korean citizen nor based in South Korea, but wish to make a purchase using KakaoPay.

If you have successfully registered for the KakaoPay service through your personal KakaoTalk account, you will be authorized to use this payment method. Should you have any questions regarding KakaoPay, please address all inquiries directly to the KakaoPay Customer Service Center for further assistance.


Do I need to register on PayPal before placing an order?

No, you can create a PayPal account during checkout if you do not already have an account.


Do I have to pay a shipping fee at checkout?

Yes, you will need to pay a shipping fee at checkout.

Do the prices include taxes and ticketing fees?

No, you have to pay the necessary fees upon checkout. Please note that all prices listed before checkout do NOT include taxes and/or ticketing/service fees.

Is there a limit to the number of tickets I can buy?

Yes, you may only purchase one ticket per tier under the same MyMusicTaste account

Okay, but how will I receive my tickets?

There will be NO physical tickets for this concert. There will be NO link emailed to you to stream the event. 

You will receive an email confirmation at the email address used upon joining MyMusicTaste, and this can be used to verify your purchase.

All ticket sales are final. Refunds will not be permitted. 

Event times, postponements, and cancellations are subject to change at any time without notice and may be due to external factors. Any updates or changes made will be listed on the project/sales page linked here. Please proceed with caution during check-out to ensure that you are purchasing the tickets you intend to buy.

Third-Party Sales

There may be individuals, third party websites, and social media pages (i.e., Facebook, Instagram) that offer the sale/trade of tickets. PLEASE BE WARY OF SCAMMERS AND COUNTERFEIT TICKETS/VOUCHERS! We highly discourage the purchase of tickets from any third party.

How do I start streaming?

Head to our 'Live' page on and select the ATEEZ 2ND ANNIVERSARY ONLINE CONCERT : Port of Call option to get started! 

Can I record the online streaming show/concert?

Live streaming/filming/recording the event with any type of device is prohibited.

Unauthorized copying, distribution, and selling of content without consent of the copyright owner are an act of copyright infringement. 

Any illegally uploaded/recorded content will be reported to that social media platform directly and taken down. Legal action will be taken if needed. 

The countdown clock has disappeared, does this mean the show/concert isn’t happening?

Nope, not at all! This just means that we are preparing for the show/concert and it will begin shortly. 

I am on the live streaming webpage but the page is blank or showing an error message. What should I do?

Not to worry! Please refer to our troubleshooting tips & tricks down below for a smooth yet exciting live streaming experience.

If the below troubleshooting tips have not resolved the issue you are running into, please reach out to us here asap for further assistance.

Can I watch the live streaming show on my mobile device or any other device?

Yes, but please be advised that watching it on any device other than a desktop/laptop may alter the visual interface and other options/functions that are available (such as the live chat feature).

What will the VOD be like?

The VOD is a replay service that will be provided after the Korea Media Rating Board reviews the contents. Please note, the schedule is subject to change based on the review. 

Will all performances from the live streaming event be included in the VOD?

Please be advised that all performances from the live streaming event may not be included in the VOD service due to copyright issues. 

Due to copyright restrictions, some songs/performances from the ATEEZ 2ND ANNIVERSARY ONLINE CONCERT : PORT OF CALL live streaming event will not be included in the VOD.

Will the VOD be available to watch forever? Infinitely?

This information will be announced at a later date. 

ATEEZ 2ND ANNIVERSARY ONLINE CONCERT : Port of Call will not be aired free of charge on any other media sites except for the streaming schedule and VOD service periods.

If you wish to watch ATEEZ's 2nd anniversary streaming concert, please make sure to buy tickets prior to the event/release of the VOD!


What should I do if I'm on the live streaming page but it says the following message:

"Oops try again or contact us here"

Please do not abuse the refresh button by continuously pressing the refresh symbol on the page. If this message/error is showing on your page, please wait a couple of minutes to refresh the page ONCE. Even after you have done this and the live streaming still is not showing, please reach out to us here for additional assistance.

Please make sure you are logged into the MyMusicTaste account you have purchased the live streaming show ticket with. You must be logged into your account in order to view the concert.


Please make sure to contact us through this form on our website, so we can help you in a timely manner. Please remember that we might not be able to monitor Tweets, and/or other comments on SNS.

Reporting Illegally Downloaded/Streamed/Copied Content

If you happen to see any content online that has been illegally posted without the consent of the artists’ management nor MyMusicTaste, please fill out this Google Form so that we may take appropriate action to have these videos removed/taken down.

- If you are logged into multiple devices with one MyMusicTaste account at the same time, you will be kicked out of the previous device/tab. We recommend watching the live show/concert on one device only. 

- For a smooth viewing experience, please access the Internet from an environment with a speed of 20Mbps or faster. If a shared network is used, there may be a slight delay even if the speed is 20 Mbps or more. 

- 3G/LTE may increase data usage; please be advised that using 3G/LTE may lead to unstable, weak signals and/or cause the live streaming program to disconnect during the middle of the event and disrupt the overall streaming experience. MyMusicTaste will not be liable for the factors listed above.

- External factors and/or technical difficulties may affect or disrupt the video/voice quality; please be advised of this before purchasing the ticket to this event. 


Due to the current circumstances surrounding COVID-19, we’re experiencing delays and suspension from some delivery couriers. We’re dispatching our orders as per usual, but the following couriers are experiencing delays in shipping to the respective countries. 

We ask for your understanding in that your order may get canceled if your chosen shipping method becomes unavailable upon your order. 

For regions/areas where delivery has been suspended due to COVID-19, packages will be shipped out when delivery becomes available.

*Please note that all shipping addresses for DHL Express, including recipient name should be written in English letters only. If Japanese, Chinese or any other characters are used in your information, it may affect the shipping status and cause delays.

Where can I get my album shipped to?

You can only get your order shipped to the countries listed in the shipping list.


What are the shipping options?


For those who use a package forwarding service and have a Korea-based shipping address, you MUST input all address details in Korean characters, and also enter a valid Korea-based phone number. The domestic shipping company will not be able to ship to a local address if you’ve entered an international phone number as your contact information. MyMusicTaste is not liable nor responsible for any packages lost or returned if the purchaser has entered an unreachable destination or incorrect contact information.


**It is the purchaser's responsibility to check whether their chosen delivery method is compatible with their delivery address and/or local customs authority. Should failure to check result in the package being returned to the sender, the re-shipment fee will be at the expense of the purchaser.


*The delivery periods listed above are the estimated standard delivery times. There may be delays depending on external circumstances.


*Please be advised that DHL Express is unable to deliver packages to addresses with P.O.Boxes listed in the address or to military bases. Your selected courier will automatically be changed to EMS if DHL Express has been selected for the above address types.


When will my order be shipped out?

Your order is tentatively expected to be shipped out starting from November 23, 2020 and your tracking number will be available to view via the ‘Purchases’ section of your ‘My Activity’ page once your order has been shipped.

Please be advised that this is a tentative shipping date and it is subject to change due to external factors such as COVID-19 related shipping restrictions. 


Are customs duties included in the price?

Duties and taxes are NOT included in the price.


Please note, all international packages may be subject to duties and taxes depending on the country. Your package may incur fees upon delivery and this charge is determined by your local customs authority. Please refer to your local customs website for more information. 


Failure to comply or pay for the fees incurred within the designated time period determined by your local customs authority may result in your package being returned or permanently disposed of, and MyMusicTaste will not be responsible for any issues caused regarding this matter.


Can I change the delivery address on my order?

Yes, you can edit the delivery address via ‘My Orders’ on the project page; however, the country of your shipping address cannot be changed once the payment has been made.


Please also note that you will not be able to make any changes after the date of the sales has closed.


What is MyMusicTaste’s EORI code?

Our European Union registration and identification (EORI) number is IE3431072KH.


My package is being sent back to the sender because I missed my delivery. What should I do?

Failure to fill in the shipping information correctly may result in issues regarding product delivery. There will be no compensation for resulting damages.


If you would like the product to be re-delivered, please note the additional shipping costs incurred are at the expense of the purchaser.


How much would it cost for a re-shipment?

The calculation of the re-shipment cost will be in accordance with postal rates, depending on the type, the weight of the parcel, shipping address, and additional options. Please see below for a breakdown of fees.


Re-shipment cost = shipping fee + forwarding fee + return fee*


*Return fee for each delivery option:

K-Packet = 1,800 Korean Won

DHL = Priced by region

EMS = 0 Korean Won


My package is damaged or has a defect. What should I do?

MyMusicTaste is not liable for loss or damage resulting from any deliberate act or during the transporting and/or delivery of the goods. If, however, you received your product and believe there is a defect or it arrived damaged, please contact us within seven (7) business days of the delivery date of your order. Include your order number, a photo of the shipping label which you may find on the outside of your parcel box, and any photo evidence you may have showing the damage or defect. Once we receive the item you consider defective, we will fully examine it and offer a full or partial exchange of the product with its re-shipment cost at the expense of MyMusicTaste.

All those who purchased the Early Bird (LIVE + VOD + MD BUNDLE), Early Bird (LIVE + VOD) General (LIVE + VOD + MD BUNDLE), LIVE + VOD or VOD only tickets can now rewatch the concert through ‘LIVE’ page.
