THE FELLOWSHIP EVENT IN NEWARK

Please be informed of the following information in regard to COVID-19 precautions and safety measures:

What are the COVID-19 vaccination and test result requirements for entry into this event?

Upon entry, All concert attendees over five(5) years are required to present proof of vaccination along with a physical form of ID. Please note that patrons unable to provide this documentation will not be admitted.

• Validity of Vaccination Proof

• Actual vaccination card, a complete picture of the card or an online digital vaccination record deemed as sufficient for proof of vaccination (at least one dose) by the local jurisdiction or event venue.

• Paper or digital CDC COVID-19 Vaccination Record Card, or an official immunization record from the jurisdiction, state, or country where the vaccine was administered. Certain digital vaccine cards will also be accepted.

• Exemption from Vaccination Proof

• Individuals who can provide information demonstrating that receiving an approved vaccine would be detrimental to their health will be provided an exemption. Such attendees must show proof in the form of a note from a doctor or a medical provider of medical advisement against receiving the vaccine. Please visit the Prudential Center webpage to complete an online form and submit accompanying information at least 72 hours prior to the event. Approved attendees must provide proof of  a COVID-19 test administered by a medical professional within the last 72 hours prior to entering. A negative PCR or antigen test from a healthcare provider within 72 hours of the event will be accepted.

*No participant or staff member who is showing any symptoms of illness will be allowed into the event. 

What are the necessary COVID-19 protocols for all concert attendees?

All the attendees are required to wear masks following the proper etiquette of covering the nose, mouth, and chin at all times in and out of the venue while maintaining a safe distance from others. 

• KF-94 masks or those equivalent to the KF-94 are highly recommended.

What are the protocols for a safe VIP Hi-touch event?

Please make sure to keep the following precautions during our concerts to make the experience as safe as possible.

• Hand sanitizer will be available at the start of the queue. All participants in this event must first use it before they can proceed.

• You must be wearing a KF-94 mask or a mask with an equivalent level of filtration and protection throughout the event.

• Make sure to say hi to the artist! You will be able to greet the artist while passing through. No physical contact is permitted.

• Take a video of your moment with ATEEZ!

The artist will be behind large clear acrylic sneeze guards and wear masks (face coverings) for extra protection. Please make sure to follow all the safety protocols so that you and the artist can have a great time!
