About
[Participation Notice]
1. You must bring your ID card with the name and the date of birth printed. Only ID cards, passports, and student ID cards are allowed to identify your information. We don’t accept copies or photographs of ID card.
2. You can only receive the artists’ autographs on the album you received on that day, and each member will only sign one page of your album.
3. You can get sign on the page you want. Attach the pre-distributed Post-it to the page you want to get sign on from each member.
4. The event is non-transferrable, we will be checking IDs. If name upon purchase and on the day of the event do not match, participation in the event will be denied.
5. You cannot win multiple times.
6. You cannot win under different names, only the name on your ID is the one we will consider for access to the event.
7. You can enter multiple times to win.
8. You cannot exchange or refund the album purchased for this event.
9. Number tag will be drawn randomly onsite. ID verification and album distribution are carried out when distributing number tags. The place assignments will proceed in the order of the numbers received.
10. You can enter the area after checking your belongings.
[Fansign Event Notice]
1. Rude remarks or requesting excessive touch with the artist is not allowed. (hugging, swearing, sexual remarks, selfie etc.)
2. The signing event will take place in the order of the number tag you received. Please follow the instructions of the staff and bring your album and number tag with you.
3. Please write your name on a pre-distributed Post-it and attach it to the back of the album.
4. Be sure to sit in your seat during the signing event.
5. Only one question per member is available for Post-it questions and personal questions that may disturb members are prohibited. (asking personal contacts of the artists, sexual questions etc.)
6. You can write your questions only in simple English or Korean.
7. You are not allowed to use flash when taking pictures.
8. You can only take pictures and videos freely in your seat at the fansign event, but you cannot bring items such as cell phones, cameras, camcorders, recorders, etc. with you when you come up to the stage to get your autograph. Data will be deleted, and you will be excluded from the event if you get detected.
9. If you call one of the artists loud enough to interfere with the event, you will be excluded from the event.
10. Please deliver hat, headband and accessories to the staffs, so that they can help the artist wear it. However, you must collect them after the event.
11. Prohibit use of explosives at risk of explosion.
12. Giving gifts to artists is not allowed during the event.
13. Direct touch such as sticker attachment, pinching cheeks, or scribbling on member's skin is prohibited.
14. Food is not allowed except for simple drinks like water.

- All unclaimed packages that return back to the sender can only be reshipped at the expense of a purchaser. The calculation of the re-shipment cost will be in accordance with postal rates, depending on the type, weight of the parcel, shipping address and additional options.
- All claims must be submitted to MyMusicTaste within seven (7) days of delivery as marked by the shipping company. The customer must provide all requested documentation supporting the claim within thirty (30) business days of MyMusicTaste receiving notice of the claim. Written documentation supporting your claim may include, but is not limited to, a description and images of damage, description of goods, and proof of value such as the order number. These documents must be verifiable to MyMusicTaste’s satisfaction.
- MyMusicTaste is not liable for loss or damage resulting from any deliberate act or during the transporting and/or delivering of the goods. If, however, you received your product and believe it to be defective, or it arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 business days of the delivery date of your order. Include your order number and any photo evidence you may have showing the damage or defect. Once we receive the item you consider defective, we will fully examine it and issue a refund with its reshipment cost at the expense of MyMusicTaste.
- Duties and taxes are not included in the price. Your package may incur fees upon delivery, and this charge is determined by your local customs authority.

All album purchases made on MyMusicTaste are reflected in BOTH the Hanteo Album AND Hanteo Global charts:
1) Album purchases from MMT are automatically counted in the Hanteo Album chart
2) In order for your purchase(s) to also count on the Hanteo Global chart, you must register the Hanteo Authentication card in your album
