When will my order be shipped out?
Your order will be shipped out approximately 7~10 business days after May 27, 2023 KST (sales closing date).
Why can’t I track my order?
As we reflect your purchase on the Hanteo Chart, it may take 2-7 business days to see updates to your tracking information.
Can I change the delivery address on my order?
You can edit the delivery address on our site before the sales end date on May 27, 2023 at 11:59 PM KST.
Why isn’t the rest of my order coming?
Are you perhaps a winner? Yes? Congratulations! Please note that all winners will receive their winning order package AFTER the fansign event.
Can I exchange my album for slight scratches, discoloration, or minor dents and defects on the case?
No. Please note that the external packaging (album's outer box) is just for the protection of the goods inside the album; scratches, discoloration, or minor dents and defects on the case cannot be the reason for an exchange or return.
Orders & Payments
Can I get a refund?
All sales are final and no refunds or order amendments are allowed.
How many items can I order? Is there a limit?
There is a limit of 20 albums per transaction. If you wish to purchase more, please make another transaction. Each album you purchase will count as one entry into the lucky draw.
Can I place a group order?
The minimum number of albums for a group order is 30 and group orders will not count as participation toward the fansign event.
Please refer to the related Help Center article and contact us via the detail page’s banner to place a group order.
The last day to place your final group order is by May 26, 2023 at 5:00 PM KST.
When will I be contacted for the event?
All winners will be contacted 1-2 hours prior to the start of the event. Please check your selected messenger of choice during this time.
The Winner’s Google Form is closed! What do I do?
All winners should submit their information by the date and time specified. If the information is not submitted in a timely manner, event participation cannot be guaranteed.
I am a winner and I want to know what my event participation order is. Where can I find this information?
Please note that all winners will be emailed separately shortly before the start of the event.
Can I change my event participation order?
No. We apologize but please note that changes cannot be made to the participation order once assigned.
