When will the sales close?

The DVD pre-order will close on March 14 at 17:00 KST.

The Blu-ray pre-order will close on April 16 at 17:00 KST.

What kinds of payments do you accept?

We accept payment through credit cards and PayPal.

Do I need to register to Paypal before placing an order?

No, you can create a Paypal account during checkout if you do not have an account already.  

Do I have to pay a shipping fee at checkout?

A flat rate of $15 will be applied during checkout.

How many items can I order? Is there a limit?

Only one item can be purchased per order. If you wish to purchase more than one item you can do so by a separate transaction.

How do I check my order status?

You will receive an order summary email upon successfully completing your order. You can also check

back to your order(s) on your My Orders page, accessible from the project page.

What is included in the package?

The DVD package includes 2 discs (115 minutes total), a photobook (144 pages), Mini Poster (random, 1 each), and Photocard (1 set, 6 each)

The Blu-ray package includes 2 Blu-ray Discs (115 minutes total), Photo Book (40 pages), Lenticular Photocard (1 each), Photocard (random, 1 each)

* The outer case is just for protecting goods. (scratches and discoloration on the case cannot be the reason for exchanging or returning)

What is the DVD region code?

All.

What is the Blu-ray region code?

All free. A, B, C.

All sales are final. There will be no refunds.

Can I change the delivery address on my order?

Yes, you can change the delivery address on your My Orders page. You can access your page on the project page.

My package is being sent back to the sender because I've missed my delivery. What should I do?

All unclaimed packages that return to the sender can only be reshipped at the expense of a purchaser. MyMusicTaste’s special offer of $15 flat rate for international shipping will be applied only for the first shipment. The calculation of the re-shipment cost will be in accordance with postal rates, depending on the type, weight of the parcel, shipping address and additional options.

All claims for refund, damaged products, and etc should be filed within 7 days upon delivery.

Are customs duties included in the price?

Duties and taxes are not included in the price. Your package may incur fees upon delivery, and this charge is determined by your local customs authority.
