When will my order be shipped out?
Your order will be shipped out weekly every Monday after the order has been placed.
Can I change the delivery address on my order?
No, you will not be able to edit your delivery address after you have placed your order. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and recommend submitting any address change requests directly with the shipping courier.

Can I get a refund?
All sales are final and no refunds or order amendments are allowed.
How many items can I order? Is there a limit?
There is a limit of 4 products per transaction. If you wish to purchase more, please make another transaction.
Can I place a group order?
The minimum number of albums for a group order is 30. To place a group order, please contact us here.
The last day to place your final group order is by December 29, 2021 at 5 PM KST.

Due to the ongoing CJ Logistics strike, there is a high volume of returned packages and shipment delays for those residing in South Korea.
If your package has been returned to MyMusicTaste, please know that we will have your returned package reshipped to the original shipping address via ‘Korea Post’ (우체국 택배).
As soon as the updated tracking number is available, you will receive an email with this information.
