When is the event happening?

ATEEZ XR SHOW [FEVER : eXtended edition] will be held on November 14th, 2021 at 3:00 PM KST at MyMusicTaste.com.

What are the available ticket tiers (options)?

- LIVE + MD BUNDLE

What is included in the MD bundle?

The MD bundle includes the following items:

- PHOTO CARD (8EA)

- POSTCARD (16EA)

- PHOTO STAND (1EA)

*Those who purchase MD from SKIYAKI will only be able to receive their shipments to Japan.

How long is the show?

The show will go on for approximately 90 minutes. 

*Runtime and programs may be subject to change due to onsite conditions or other external factors.

Will subtitles be available for this event?

Yes! English and Japanese subtitles will be available on MyMusicTaste.

Can anyone view it?

All those who have purchased a ticket to ATEEZ XR SHOW [FEVER : eXtended edition] from MyMusicTaste, YES24, and/or SKIYAKI will be able to view the event on MyMusicTaste.

What is the VOD and when will it be available? 

The VOD is a replay service that will be viewable after the Korea Media Rating Board has reviewed its contents. Therefore, it will be available in approximately one to three months after the event has ended.

Please note that the schedule is subject to change based on the review and the VOD may not include all performances due to copyright issues. 

How long will the VOD be available for?

When will my order be shipped out?

Orders are expected to be shipped out in the month of December and you can find shipment-related updates from the Twitter account: @ATEEZstaff. 

Please be advised that the above date is tentative and is subject to change. Feel free to refer to our [Help Center: 'SHIPPING UPDATE'] section for more information. 

Once your order has been shipped, your tracking number will be available to view via the ‘Purchases’ section of your ‘My Activity’ page.

Can I change the delivery address on my order?

You can edit the delivery address on our site before the sales end date on

November 14, 2021 at 4:00 PM KST.

Are duties and taxes included in the product (MD) price?

Duties and taxes are NOT included in the product (MD) price.

Can I get a refund?

All sales are final and no refunds or order amendments are allowed.
Please check your order thoroughly before completing the transaction.

Is there a limit to the number of tickets I can buy per transaction?

It is restricted to 20 tickets per transaction. 

If you wish to purchase more, you can do so by going through another transaction.

Okay, but how will I receive my tickets?

How can I access the live streaming event?

For those who have purchased a ticket on MyMusicTaste.com and received an order confirmation email, log in to your MyMusicTaste account and visit the 'LIVE' page on MyMusicTaste.com. 

Then, select the ‘ATEEZ XR SHOW [FEVER : eXtended edition]’ option during the event time!

What if I bought my ticket from another website such as YES24 or SKIYAKI? 

Please see the following instructions in order to access the event if a ticket was purchased via YES24 or SKIYAKI:

1. Sign up or log in to MyMusicTaste

2. After completing your purchase/product, head to the ‘LIVE’ page and select ATEEZ XR SHOW [FEVER : eXtended edition]

3. In the bottom right hand corner, select ‘BUY TICKET NOW’

4. Search for the ‘REDEEM’ button (this may differ based on your display settings ie. PC or mobile)

5. Click on the ‘REDEEM’ button

6. Enter the code you received from YES24 or SKIYAKI (A valid REDEEM code should look like this: YES24: ‘YS-****-******’, SKIYAKI: ‘SY-****-******’)

*YES24 purchasers can locate their redeem code under ‘My Concert’

*SKIYAKI purchasers can locate their redeem code on the SKIYAKI mobile app

7. After selecting the above, press ‘submit’ and head back to the ‘LIVE’ page on the event day to start streaming!

Redeem Code Guidelines:

- After purchasing your ticket and registering your redeem code, please note that refunds will not be allowed

- Per every one (1) account, only one (1) redeem code will be issued

- All tickets are non-transferable

- Only one device will be able to stream the event 

- Should your ticket be resold or used for profit extortion purposes, please note that your purchase will be canceled

Can I report Illegally Downloaded/Streamed/Copied Contents?
