Can I change my products?

You cannot change your product after you’ve purchased. If you would like to purchase an additional product, you will need to process another order. By doing so, you will have two separate orders.

How can I change my shipping address?

There is an "Edit" button on your order details page. You can edit your shipping details until the project closes.

I want to cancel my order. Can I get a refund?

This project does not issue refunds. However, refunds will be issued if the project does not reach the project goal in time.

I want to fund multiple products. How can I do this?

You can only fund one product at a time. If you want to fund additional products, you need to process another order. By doing so, you will have two separate orders.

Will the project close once the goal is reached?

No, the project will continue until the closing date.

What happens if the project doesn’t reach the goal in time?

If the goal is not reached, all proceeds will be refunded.

Will I be charged right away?

Yes, you will be charged as soon as you submit your payment information.

I don't see my country on the dropdown list. What can I do?

Unfortunately, we can only ship to countries on the dropdown list.

What are my payment options?

You can use a credit card or PayPal to make your payment.

Can I pay with any currency?

No, your payment will be made in USD.

When can I expect my package?

You can expect delivery within 6 months after the project closes successfully.

How long is the special 1:1 video chat with KNK?

The special 1:1 video chat with KNK will last approximately 5-10 minutes.

I want to change my name as a producer for the photo book. What should I do?

You can change your producer's name before the project closes. If you would like to change it, please contact us through here.

I want to edit my shipping information. What should I do?

If you wish to change or update your shipping information, please contact us here. Please note that the deadline is August 22, 2019, 11:59PM KST. Requests for change will not be accepted after the deadline.

My package is being sent back to the sender because I've missed my delivery. What should I do?

All unclaimed packages that return back to the sender can only be reshipped at the expense of a purchaser. MyMusicTaste’s special offer of $20 flat rate for international shipping will be applied only for the first shipment. The calculation of the re-shipment cost will be in accordance with postal rates, depending on the type, weight of the parcel, shipping address and additional options.

Are custom duties included in the price?

Duties and taxes are not included in the price. Your package may incur fees upon delivery, and this charge is determined by your local customs authority.
