When and where is the event happening?

AOMG ONLINE CONCERT : Above Ordinary 2021 will be held on Saturday, August 28, 2021 at 7:00 PM KST.

How long is the show?

The show will go on for approximately 130 minutes. 

*Runtime and programs may be subject to change due to onsite conditions or other external factors.

Can anyone view it?

Yes! Anyone can view the event on MyMusicTaste.com as long as they have an account and have purchased tickets to the AOMG ONLINE CONCERT : Above Ordinary 2021.

*Those who have purchased their tickets from Interpark or Live82 must stream the event via the respective platform. 

After purchasing your ticket on Interpark, please visit https://tickets.interpark.com/ to stream the event.

TICKETING

I’m so excited! When can I buy the tickets?

Open: August 5, 2021 at 6:00 PM KST  

Close: August 28, 2021 at 8:00 PM KST 

*MD is expected to be shipped out towards the end of September. Please be advised that this is a tentative date and is subject to change based on external factors.

What are the available ticket options?

- LIVE + VOD

- LIVE + VOD + Cap (black)

- LIVE + VOD + T-Shirt

- Available T-Shirt sizes: M, L, XL

- LIVE + VOD + T-Shirt + Cap (black)

- Available T-Shirt sizes: M, L, XL

*The T-shirts are a Limited Edition AOMG x Peaches Collaboration.

How long will the VOD be available for?

The VOD will be available to view for 7 days after it has been uploaded on MyMusicTaste’s website. 

What is the VOD and when will it be available? 

The VOD is a replay service that will be viewable after the Korea Media Rating Board has reviewed its contents. Therefore, it will be available in approximately one to three months after the event has ended.

Please note that the schedule is subject to change based on the review and the VOD may not include all performances due to copyright issues. 

SHIPPING & CUSTOMS

When will my order be shipped out?

Orders are expected to be shipped out towards the end of September, and your tracking number will be available to view via the ‘Purchases’ section of your ‘My Activity’ page once your order has been shipped.

Please be advised that the above date is tentative and is subject to change. In case of any shipment delays, feel free to refer to our Help Center: 'SHIPPING UPDATE' section for more information. 

Can I change the delivery address on my order?

You can edit the delivery address on our site before the sales end date on
August 28, 2021 at 8:00 PM KST.

Are duties and taxes included in the product (MD) price?

Duties and taxes are NOT included in the product (MD) price.

ORDERS & PAYMENTS

Can I get a refund?

All sales are final and no refunds or order amendments are allowed.
Please check your order thoroughly before completing the transaction.

Is there a limit to the number of tickets I can buy per transaction?

It is restricted to 10 tickets per transaction.
If you wish to purchase more, you can do so by going through another transaction.

Is there a limit to the number of ticket tiers (options) I can buy?

No, you may purchase as many ticket tiers (options) as you like!

**However, please note that all tickets are non-transferable and in the case that multiple ‘LIVE’ tickets are purchased, only one device will be able to stream the event.

Okay, but how will I receive my tickets?

There will be no physical tickets distributed for this event, and no direct link containing the event's streaming link will be emailed.

You will only receive an order confirmation email, and this can be used to confirm your purchase.

How do I start streaming?

Log in to your MyMusicTaste account and visit our 'LIVE' page on MyMusicTaste.com. 

Then, select the ‘AOMG ONLINE CONCERT : Above Ordinary 2021’ option during the event time to get started! 

Can I report Illegally Downloaded/Streamed/Copied Contents?

If you happen to see any content online that has been illegally posted without the consent of the artists’ management or MyMusicTaste, please fill out this Google Form so that we can take appropriate action to take down these videos.
