How do I download the digital planner?

Using a camera, you can download the PDF files by scanning the QR code enclosed in the season's greeting product.

<Precautions for Digital Planners>

*We prohibit the duplication, modification, or distribution of digital planners downloaded through QR codes.

*The Digital Planner is a PDF digital file and is not a physically distributed product.

*The QR code for downloading the digital planner can only be authenticated once and cannot be reused.

*The degree of optimization or quality of the digital planner may vary depending on the user’s device.

*Digital Planners cannot be exchanged or refunded regardless of whether they are downloaded.

*Inquiries regarding downloading the digital planner or using the QR code can be made from December 28, 2021 to April 27, 2022. Please send these inquiries to cs_ateez@playcompany.kr by attaching a photo and number of the QR code, purchaser’s full name, and platform purchased (MyMusicTaste).

Can I get a refund?

All sales are final and no refunds or order amendments are allowed.

How many items can I order? Is there a limit?

There is a limit of 4 products per transaction. If you wish to purchase more, please make another transaction.

Can I place a group order?

The minimum number of products for a group order is 16. To place a group order, please contact us here.
