When will sales open?

Sales will open on October 23 at 7:00 PM EDT.

When will sales close?

Sales will close on October 29, 7:00 PM EDT.

Do I need to register on MyMusicTaste before placing an order?

Yes, you must have a MyMusicTaste account to place an order. Please note that only single participation is allowed per account (i.e. you cannot purchase for two different people using the same MyMusicTaste account).

What kinds of payments do you accept?

We accept major credit/debit cards and PayPal.

Do I need to register on PayPal before placing an order?

No, you can create a PayPal account during checkout if you do not already have an account.

How many items can I order? Is there a limit?

It is limited to one (1) package per attendee.

What if I am purchasing for somebody else?

Please enter the actual event attendee’s information under the ‘Buyer Information’ section at checkout. Make sure to enter the full name as reflected on the valid government issued ID, which will be checked upon entry.

You will not be able to edit your information after the transaction is completed, so please ensure that all entered information is correct before checking out. Your entry may be denied should the names not match.

Will I get a confirmation email from MyMusicTaste?

Yes, you will receive a payment receipt and a confirmation email from us before the sale closes. Please also check your spam and/or junk folders if you do not see it in your inbox.

Is there a minimum of participants to participate in the event?

Yes, a minimum of 5 participants is required for the event to take place.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Can I get a refund?

All sales are final. There will be no refunds unless the event gets canceled.

Can I transfer my package to others?

Only the original purchaser can participate in the event. The package cannot be transferred to a third-party. IDs will be checked upon entry. Your entry may be denied should the name on the package not match the name on the ID that is presented.

Again, you will not be able to edit your information after the transaction is completed, so please ensure that all entered information is correct before checking out.

PACKAGE

What is included in the package?

The exclusive package includes:

- Merchandise package (5 items - hoodie, t-shirt, long sleeve, hat, totebag)

- Q&A session

- Item signing (1 item; limited to items from merchandise package or any ONEUS albums)

- Priority entry within ticket tier (only for concert ticket holders)

Is this an 1:1 event?

No, this event will be with ONEUS and several other lucky fans.

Is a ticket to the concert included in the package?

The entry ticket to the concert is not included in the Closer to the Moon Event in USA package. You will have to purchase a separate entry ticket to enjoy the concert.

Do you need to purchase a ticket to the concert to purchase the Closer to the Moon Event in USA package?

No, a ticket to the concert is not required in order to participate in the Closer to the Moon Event in USA.

When and where is this event happening?

The event will be held at the respective show venues.

How long will the event last?

The event will last about 1.5 hours. However, it is subject to change depending on the tour schedule.

Can I take pictures or videos during the event?

Unfortunately, recording and/or taking pictures of the event will not be allowed except during the photo session. Let your phone rest and enjoy the time with ONEUS!

Do Closer to the Moon Event in USA package purchasers get priority entry to the concert?

Yes, there will be priority entry for the event attendees. The entry sequence is as follows: Top 10 > VVIP + special event attendees > VVIP > VIP + special event attendees > VIP > GA + special event attendees > GA.
