When will the Special Video Benefit be available to view?

The Special Video Benefit will be available to view starting from September 1, 2021 at 12:00 PM KST until September 3, 2021 at 12:00 PM KST.

*The Special Video Benefit event page will be available on the LIVE page starting from August 29, 2021.

How long will the Special Video Benefit be available for?

The Special Video Benefit will be available to view for 48 hours after it has been uploaded on MyMusicTaste’s website. 

When will I receive the 5ea individual digital photos?

You will receive the 5ea individual photos at the email address registered to your MyMusicTaste account.

The exact date and time for when the photos will be sent will be released at a later date.

Can I change the email address of where I will receive the 5ea individual digital photos?

No, the 5ea individual digital photos can only be sent to the email address registered to your MyMusicTaste account.

Can I get a refund?

All sales are final and no refunds or order amendments are allowed.
Please check your order thoroughly before completing the transaction.

Is there a limit to the number of tickets I can buy per transaction?

It is restricted to 1 item per transaction.
If you wish to purchase more, you can do so by going through another transaction.

Is there a limit to the number of Special Video Benefits (per artist) I can buy?

No, you may purchase as many Special Video Benefits (per artist) as you like!

*However, please note that all purchases are non-transferable and in the case that multiple Special Video Benefits (per artist) are purchased, only one device will be able to stream the event.

Can I report Illegally Downloaded/Streamed/Copied Contents?

If you happen to see any content online that has been illegally posted without the consent of the artists’ management or MyMusicTaste, please fill out this Google Form so that we can take appropriate action to take down these videos.
