What are the available ticket tiers (options)?
The following tier will be available to purchase for each city:
Hi-Wave + Official Merchandise (Tincase, Lenticular, Lanyard, 1 set of Photocard)
*MD will only be distributed at the respective venues during the Hi-Wave event. Please be informed that you will not be able to receive the merchandise if you miss the event.
*Purchasing a ticket to the concert is required to attend the Hi-touch event.
*Official Merchandise cannot be purchased separately.
Is a ticket to the concert included in the package?
The entry ticket to the concert is not included in the [Apocalypse : Save Us] event ticket purchase. Please purchase a separate entry ticket to enjoy the concert and attend the [Apocalypse : Save Us] event.
Orders & Payments
Can I get a refund?
All sales are final and no refunds or order amendments are allowed.
Please check your order thoroughly before completing the transaction.
Is there a limit to the number of tickets I can buy per transaction?
Yes, it is restricted to 1 ticket per transaction.
What if I am purchasing for somebody else?
Please enter the actual event attendee’s information in the ‘Event Attendee Information’ section at checkout. Make sure to enter the full legal name as reflected on the valid government-issued ID, which will be checked upon entry. Please note that this purchase is non-transferable.
*Only MyMusicTaste staff will wristband the attendees.
Okay, but how will I receive my tickets?
There will be no physical tickets distributed for this event; a QR code will be available to view in the 'Order Summary' page of your MyMusicTaste account’s ‘My Activity' after you have completed your purchase. Please note that this process could take a few minutes and if you do not see your QR code, please submit an inquiry with us here.
You will also receive an order confirmation email, and this only can be used to confirm your purchase.
Can anyone attend this event?
Those who have purchased both a ticket to the concert and a ticket to the [Apocalypse : Save Us] event. If you have only purchased a ticket to the [Apocalypse : Save Us] event, you will be denied admission.
*Please note that age restriction policies may differ by venue; the same restrictions will apply per venue for both the Meet & Greet and concert.
What form of ID is required?
Attendees must bring a valid government-issued ID that includes the participant's full name, date of birth, and a photo (of the attendee).
*The name on the ID must match the ‘Event Attendee Information’ submitted during checkout.
*Invalid forms of identification (i.e. credit cards) or mismatching information will result in denied entry, and MyMusicTaste is not liable for any issues caused.
**For attendees who are minors: please note that multiple forms of government-issued ID will be accepted to verify all of the following information: legal name, date of birth, and a photo (of the attendee).
*Please make sure to bring a physical ID to the event; printed copies or photos of the ID will not count as a valid form of identification.
Where is this event happening?
This event will take place at the respective show venues listed in the ‘Ticket General’ section of the FAQ. Please wait for MyMusicTaste staff’s instructions at the event.
What are the COVID-19 protocols to enter the event?
Detailed information concerning the protocol for entry into the event is provided on the 'COVID-19 PROTOCOL' section of the Detail Page. All the attendees should wear masks at all times during the HI-WAVE event. Please note that gloves are not required.
Please note that additional protocols could be disclosed at a later date as we near the event.
Can I take pictures or videos during the event?
Please note that taking fans will be allowed to take videos at this event. However, taking pictures is strictly prohibited for all attendees.
