Yes! There is no age restriction for this event, and fans of all ages are welcome.

What are the available ticket options?

- Blue Time (one concert pass)

- LIVE ticket only

- Blue Time + MD

- LIVE ticket + MD (1 Special Ticket, 1 Mini-Poster)

*MD stands for merchandise!

**Blue Time + MD orders are expected to be shipped out starting from the last week of September (please be advised that this is a tentative date and is subject to change based on external factors).

Will redeem codes be sent out for this concert/event?

Redeem codes will not be sent out for this event; please reach out to the ticketing platform you have purchased your ticket from for more information.

Okay, but how will I receive my tickets?

Physical tickets and direct streaming links will not be distributed to purchasers for this event.

You will receive a confirmation email to the email address used upon joining MyMusicTaste, and this can only be used to confirm your purchase.

When will my order be shipped out?

Blue Time + MD orders are expected to be shipped out starting from the last week of September. Please be advised that the above date is tentative and may be subject to change due to external factors. 

Your tracking number will be available to view via the ‘Purchases’ section of your ‘My Activity’ page once your order has been shipped.

Can I change the delivery address on my order?

You can edit the delivery address on our site before the sales end date on September 4, 2021 at 7:00 PM KST.

Are duties and taxes included in the product (MD) price?

Duties and taxes are NOT included in the product (MD) price.

Can I get a refund?

All sales are final and no refunds or order amendments are allowed. Please check your order thoroughly before completing the transaction.

Is there a limit to the number of tickets I can buy?

Yes. Only one (1) ticket tier can be purchased per MyMusicTaste account.
