-QR PHOTOCARD: 3 random photocards out of a total 45 (photocard images are the same for both photobook versions)

*The outer box is just for protecting goods (scratches and discoloration on the case cannot be the reason for exchanging or returning).

I pre-ordered my album, will it count as an entry?

Only album purchases made between July 13, 2019 10:00 CEST and July 19, 2019 10:00 CEST will count towards this fansign.

Will my purchase be reflected on the physical albums charts?

Yes, it will be reflected in the Gaon and Hanteo charts.

Will my album have the official Hanteo Chart stamp?

Yes, your purchased album will have the Hanteo Chart stamp.

ORDER & PAYMENTS

When will sales open and close?

Do I need to register on MyMusicTaste before placing an order?

Yes, you must have a MyMusicTaste account to place an order.

What kinds of payments do you accept?

We accept major credit/debit cards and PayPal.

Do I need to register on PayPal before placing an order?

No, you can create a PayPal account during checkout if you do not already have an account.

Do I have to pay a shipping fee at checkout?

Yes, you will need to pay a shipping fee at checkout.

How many items can I order? Is there a limit?

It is restricted to 20 albums per transaction. If you wish to purchase more, you can do so by going through another transaction.

*One bulk order = one transaction

**One album in the bulk = one entry (e.g. if you purchase 5 albums, you will have 5 entries)

How do I check my order status?

You will receive an order summary email upon completing your order successfully. You can also check your order(s) under ‘My Orders’ on the project page.

Please keep in mind that you will receive an email for your order regardless of the notifications settings on your MyMusicTaste account.

What if I am purchasing for someone else?

Please enter the actual event attendee’s information under the ‘Buyer Information’ section when you checkout. The event is non-transferable and we will be checking IDs on the day of the event. If the names on the order and the ID do not match, participation in the event will be denied.

My payment did not go through. What should I do?

Please check if your card is eligible for foreign transactions and has sufficient amount after taxes and shipping fees are applied. If the payment still doesn’t go through, please check with your bank.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Can I get a refund?

All sales are final. You cannot return nor exchange any albums you purchased for this fansign event.

Can I transfer my package to others?

Only the original purchaser can participate in the event. The package cannot be transferred to a third-party. IDs will be checked upon entry.

SHIPPING

Where can I get my album shipped to?

You can only get your order shipped to the countries listed in the shipping list.

What are the shipping options?

*The delivery periods listed above are the estimated standard delivery times. Please note that there may be delays depending on external circumstances.

Please note that it is the purchaser's responsibility to check whether their chosen delivery method is compatible with their delivery address and/or local customs authority. Should failure to check result in the package being returned to the sender, the re-shipment fee will be at the expense of the purchaser.

If you would like the product to be re-delivered, please note the additional shipping costs incurred are at the expense of the purchaser:

Additional shipping costs = re-delivery fee + service fee (e.g. labor, packaging) + return shipping fee (please see below for reshipment fee for each shipping company)

Duties and taxes are not included in the price. Your package may incur fees upon delivery and this charge is determined by your local customs authority.

Can I change the delivery address on my order?

Yes, you can change the delivery address via ‘My Orders’ on the project page. Please note that you will not be able to make any changes after the close of the sales.

My package is being sent back to the sender because I missed my delivery. What should I do?

Failure to fill in the shipping information correctly may result in issues regarding product delivery. There will be no compensation for resulting damages.

If you would like the product to be re-delivered, please note the additional shipping costs incurred are at the expense of the purchaser. The calculation of the re-shipment cost will be in accordance with postal rates, depending on the type, the weight of the parcel, shipping address, and additional options.

All claims for refund, damaged products, and etc should be filed within 7 days upon delivery.

My package is damaged or has a defect. What should I do?

MyMusicTaste is not liable for loss or damage resulting from any deliberate act or during the transporting and/or delivering of the goods. If, however, you received your product and believe there is a defect or it arrived damaged, please contact us within 5 business days of the delivery date of your order. Include your order number and any photo evidence you may have showing the damage or defect. Once we receive the item you consider defective, we will fully examine it and issue a refund with its re-shipment cost at the expense of MyMusicTaste.

WINNERS SELECTION

How will you select the winners?

Winners will be selected randomly via a draw. Please note that travel expenses are to be covered by the winners themselves.

Can I win more than once?

No, you cannot win multiple times.

Can I participate multiple times?

You can purchase more than one album (1 CD = 1 entry) to participate in the draw, but you can only attend the signing session once.

In other words, you can purchase multiple albums to increase your chances of winning. However, you cannot win more than one ticket to the fansign.

When will you announce the winners?

The winners will be announced on Saturday, July 20, 2019 at 10:00 CEST. 

Where will you announce the winners?

All winners will be contacted via email and SMS. Please also check your spam/junk inbox folders. 

What if I win but cannot attend the fansign?

Should you get selected but wish to forfeit your win, please contact us within two (2) days after the announcement is made here.

FANSIGN DETAILS

Is this a 1:1 event?

No, this event will be with Stray Kids and 100 other lucky fans.

When is this event happening?

The fansign event will take place on Wednesday, July 31 at 19:00 CEST (start time subject to change).

Where is this event happening?

It will be happening in Paris! Specific location TBA. 

How long will the event last?

TBA. Please note that event run time is subject to change depending on the schedule.

What is the age restriction for this event?

Below 12: Not allowed inside the venue

12 to 17: Allowed to attend with parent consent on paper

18 and above: Allowed to attend alone

If you are accompanied by a parent, please note that the parent is not allowed inside the venue and will have to wait outside. There will be no provided hangout zone for parents nearby. 

What documents should I bring to prove that I am the winner?

ID will be checked before entry to the fansign. You must bring a photo ID, such as a driver's license, passport, or student ID, that also includes your birthday. Actual ID must be presented as copies will not be accepted. 

Entry will be denied if your ID does not match the name you used for the lottery. Please note that the ticket to the fansign is non-transferrable. Entry will be denied if your ID does not match the name on the winners list. 

How will the order be determined?

You will be able to draw a seat number randomly and pick up your album after a member of our staff checks your ID. The fansign event will take place according to the number tags participants received. When it is your turn to get an autograph, please follow our staff’s instructions and bring your album and number tag with you.

Can I take any seat I want?

You will be able to draw a seat number randomly from a box and pick up your album after a member of our staff checks your ID. Seat arrangement will be decided by the seat number tags. Please do not swap or trade seats with another attendee. 

Should I bring my own CD?

We will provide 1 CD for each winner, the rest (if you ordered more) will be shipped to you via post.

Will there be a translator?

On-site instructions by staff will be given in English and French.  

Can I take pictures or videos during the event?

Recording of any kind is strictly prohibited once the signing session of the fansign event begins. Photography and video recording will only allowed during the artist's opening introductions as well as after the signing session. If you are found violating this rule, you will be escorted out of the fansign. Live-streaming on social media (Instagram, Twitter, Facebook. YouTube, etc.) is strictly prohibited. If you are found violating this, you will be escorted out of the fansign. Tripods, monopods, and the use of flash are strictly prohibited from this fansign event. 

Can I ask them questions?

Personal messages or questions will not be accepted. Post-its should only contain your name. 

Can I request for Stray Kids to sign to a different name?

Post-its will be provided at the fansign event. Please write your name in clear English or Korean on the Post-it so that the artist can dedicate the autograph to you. The autograph will be addressed only to the name on the Post-it. You must only write your name, and you cannot change the name mid-way.

If you are found to be violating this rule, you may be escorted out of the fansign event. If you are found violating this rule, you will be escorted out of the fansign. 

Can I bring my own pen?

No. Pens will be provided.

Can I bring another item to sign?

Autographs will only be done on the Stray Kids Clé 2 : Yellow Wood album. The "Yellow Wood" version will be handed out to attendees on the day of the fansign. If you wish to get the autograph on the "Clé 2" version, you must bring this album to the fansign with you. 

Will this event be open for everyone to see? Or is it closed?

The event will only be open to 100 fans who got selected. No walk-ins.

Can I give gifts to artists?

Please note, hand-written letters and gifts will not be accepted at this fansign.

FANSIGN RULES & REGULATIONS

Are there any specific rules regarding behavior during the event? Will I be denied participation should I be warned by staff?

Yes. Please refer to the list below.

Can I touch the artists?

Rude, offensive, inappropriate, or excessive requests will be denied. Please note, hugging and selfies with the artists are not allowed at this event.

Please exercise manners and refrain from disrespectful activities such as drawing on the artists or pinching their cheeks. Attaching brooches, stickers, etc. to the artists' costumes during signing is also prohibited in order to prevent damage to the costumes.

Where should they sign? Only on the first page?

You can indicate the pages you wish for them to sign using post-it notes. Please also write your name on a pre-distributed post-it note and attach it to the back of the album.

Autographs will only be done on the Stray Kids Clé 2 : Yellow Wood album. The "Yellow Wood" version will be handed out to attendees on the day of the fansign. If you wish to get the autograph on the "Clé 2" version, you must bring this album to the fansign with you.

Can I move freely during the event?

No, please remain in your seat during the signing event. You may not move or trade seats with other fans. Please remain seated throughout the fansign until it is your turn to go up to the signing table. 

When you approach the signing table, you will only be able to bring the following items: your seat number tag, album booklet, and props that you brought to the fansign. For a smooth operation, a member of our staff will be checking your items while you wait. Inappropriate items will not be allowed. Please be courteous and refrain from bringing items related to a different artist.

Can I take pictures?

Photography and video recording will only allowed during the artist's opening introductions as well as after the signing session. Can I scream the members’ name to get their attention?

Do not interrupt the event by shouting or calling out artist names. If you are found violating this, you may be escorted out of the fansign event.

Can I bring props (cute hats, headbands and etc.) for them to wear and pose for photos?

Please note, gifts will not be accepted at this fansign. However, if you brought a hat, hairband, or any other or any other accessories for the artist to wear, please give it to a member of our staff. Our staff will pass it along to the artists, who may or may not decide to wear it.

Note, you must collect your item once the fansign is over. 

Are there any specific items I am not allowed to bring in?

Use of explosives is strictly prohibited. Also, please do not bring any valuable belongings with you to the event.

MyMusicTaste is not responsible for the loss or damage of your personal items.

What if I get hungry or thirsty, can I bring food/drinks?  

With the exception of water, no outside food or drinks will be allowed inside the venue.

Will there be a bag search?

Yes. All bags are subject to search due to security regulations.
