All participants of the special event are required to wear gloves and a mask for the event. Participants are expected to bring their own masks and wear them following proper etiquette of covering the nose, mouth, and chin. Gloves will be provided to purchasers of the BLOOD MOON event. This will be checked upon entry to the event; please have them on when entering the venue.

Please also make sure you have purchased both the General Admission (GA) ticket to the concert and a BLOOD MOON event ticket applicable to the city.

What if I am purchasing for somebody else?

Please enter the actual event attendee’s information in the ‘Event Attendee Information’ section at checkout. 

*Only MyMusicTaste staff will wristband the attendees. 

*If you have entered your name in the Event Attendee Information of the ticket you bought for a friend, you must accompany your friend to the event.

*Please make sure to bring a physical ID as any copies or photos of the ID will not count as a valid form of identification.

QR Code Check-in for New York, NY at the venue

The show and the special event are right around the corner! In order to ensure smooth check-in before the event, please follow the instructions and get your QR code scanned in a timely manner.

Please note the updated check-in location due to venue operational procedure limitations.

1. BEFORE DOORS OPEN (from 2:00PM EST): Upon arrival at the venue, please head over to the main doors of the venue (please see image reference) to find the BLOOD MOON event check-in table. Checking-in before the start of the show will be available for two hours prior to the door open time beginning at 2:00PM. Please visit the check-in stand with your QR code, photo ID, and proof of your show ticket to receive your wristband. It is highly recommended you check in during this time to avoid any issues before the start of the special event.

2. The check-in table will be available right next to the main doors, as seen in the photo below.

NOTE: Unfortunately, due to time constraints and artist setup, check-in for the special event cannot be guaranteed outside of the time listed above as well as after the show. We ask for your kind cooperation and understanding checking in for the event (from 2PM to 4PM) so that it can run as smoothly as possible and you can have the best experience with ONEUS!

Where can I find the QR code?

Your QR code is available to view in the 'Order Summary' page of your MyMusicTaste account’s ‘My Activity' section! Before showing your QR code to the MyMusicTaste staff, please check that your legal name, birth date, MD size, and city is correctly listed.

*In the case that multiple tickets are purchased, each QR code is available on the ‘Order Summary’ page of the ‘My Activity’ section.

*Please show us your digital or printed QR code for verification during check-in. Please make sure that your QR code is scannable as it is mandatory for entry.
