The Hoodie (sweater) is available in one size, also known as ‘Free’ size in South Korea. Please refer to the following measurements for additional details:

- Sleeve length: 66.5cm

How long is the show?

The show will go on for approximately 120 minutes. 

*Runtime and programs may be subject to change due to onsite conditions or other external factors.

Will subtitles be available for this event?

Yes! English subtitles will be available on MyMusicTaste.

Can anyone view it?

All those who have purchased a ticket to 2022 이달의 소녀 CONCERT [LOONAVERSE : FROM] from MyMusicTaste will be able to view the event on the LIVE page at the above-listed event time.

What is the VOD and when will it be available? 

The VOD is a replay service that will be viewable after the Korea Media Rating Board has reviewed its contents. Therefore, it will be available in approximately one to three months after the event has ended.

Please note that the schedule is subject to change based on the review and the VOD may not include all performances due to copyright issues. 

How long will the VOD be available for?

The VOD will be available to view for 90 days after it has been uploaded on MyMusicTaste’s website.

When will my order be shipped out?

Orders are expected to be shipped out starting from the third week of March.

Please be advised that the above date is tentative and is subject to change. Feel free to refer to our [Help Center: 'SHIPPING UPDATE'] section for more information. 

Once your order has been shipped, your tracking number will be available to view via the ‘Purchases’ section of your ‘My Activity’ page.

Can I change the delivery address on my order?

You can edit the delivery address on our site before the sales end date on February 12, 2022 at 4:00 PM KST.

Are duties and taxes included in the product (MD) price?

Duties and taxes are NOT included in the product (MD) price.

Can I get a refund?

All sales are final and no refunds or order amendments are allowed.
Please check your order thoroughly before completing the transaction.

Is there a limit to the number of tickets I can buy per transaction?

Please refer to the following information for the purchase limit per ticket tier:

- A TIER: restricted to 20 tickets per transaction

- MD BUNDLE / TIER B / VIP: restricted to 4 tickets per transaction

If you wish to purchase more, you can do so by going through another transaction.

Okay, but how will I receive my tickets?

There will be no physical tickets distributed for this event, nor will a direct link containing the event's streaming link be emailed out to purchasers.

You will only receive an order confirmation email, and this can be used to confirm your purchase.

How can I access the live streaming event?

For those who have purchased a ticket on MyMusicTaste.com and received an order confirmation email, log in to your MyMusicTaste account and visit the 'LIVE' page on MyMusicTaste.com.

Then, select the 2022 이달의 소녀 CONCERT [LOONAVERSE : FROM] option at the time of the event!
