When will my order be shipped out?

Orders are expected to be shipped out starting from the first week of April.

*Please be advised that the above date is tentative and is subject to change. Feel free to refer to our [Help Center: 'SHIPPING UPDATE'] section for more information. 

Once your order has been shipped, your tracking number will be available to view via the ‘Purchases’ section of your ‘My Activity’ page.

Can I change the delivery address on my order?

*Please note that Chuu will not be included in the PHOTOBOOK and the PHOTOCARD variations due to her absence in the show.

*The photocards will be packaged inside of the photobook.

*The external packaging is just for the protection of the goods inside of the box; scratches, discoloration, or minor dents and defects on the case cannot be the reason for an exchange or return.

*The package is available in limited quantities; defects found on these items may not be replaceable.

- Signed Polaroid for 11 randomly selected purchasers

*11 purchasers will be randomly selected to receive a 1 Signed Polaroid and this will be packaged inside of the photobook.

*Please note that Chuu will not be included in the gift variations due to her absence in the show.

How many items can I order? Is there a limit?

There is a limit of 20 items per transaction. If you wish to purchase more, you can do so by going through another transaction.

*[LOONAVERSE:FROM] Photobook will be available to purchase until March 13, 2022 at 11:59 PM KST.

Can I get a refund?

All sales are final and no refunds or order amendments are allowed.
