Do I need to register to PayPal before placing an order?

No, you can create a PayPal account during checkout if you do not have an account already.

How many items can I order? Is there a limit?

It is restricted to one package per transaction. If you wish to purchase more than one package, please make another transaction.

What if I am purchasing for somebody else?

Please enter the actual event attendee’s information under “Buyer Information” section at the checkout. Make sure to enter the full name on the valid government issued ID, which will be checked upon entry.

Will I get a confirmation email from MyMusicTaste?

You will receive a payment receipt and a confirmation email from us within one business day of your purchase.

Is there a minimum of participants to participate in the event?

5 participants is the minimum number of participants in the event

Can I get a refund?

All sales are final. There will be no refunds unless the event gets canceled.

Can I transfer my package to others?

Only the original purchaser can participate in the event. Package cannot be transferred to others. ID will be checked upon entry.

What does the package include?

This exclusive package includes, a signed personal item, a picture with all members of SF9 and Full Official 2019 SF9 USAㆍEUROPE LIVE TOUR [UNLIMITED] (5 items).

Is this an 1:1 event?

No, this event will be with SF9 and several other lucky fans.

Is a ticket to the concert included in the package?

The entry ticket to the concert is not included in the SF9 - [UNLIMITED] SPECIAL EVENT package. You will have to purchase a separate entry ticket to enjoy the concert!

Do you need to purchase a ticket to the concert to purchase the SF9 - [UNLIMITED] SPECIAL EVENT package?

Yes, a ticket to 2019 SF9 USAㆍEUROPE LIVE TOUR [UNLIMITED] is mandatory in order to participate in the SF9 - [UNLIMITED] SPECIAL EVENT.

Where is this event happening?

It will be happening at the respective show venues. Please meet MMT staff at 16:30 in front of the ticket booth.

How long will the event last?

The event will last about 45 minutes. However, it is subject to change depending on the tour schedule.

*For GA ticket holders participating in the VIP event*: Please kindly note that as the VIP event is held before the show after the event ends, you must line up at the back of the GA line to queue. We thank you for your understanding!

Can I take pictures or videos during the event?

Unfortunately, recording will not be allowed except for the photo session. Let your phone rest and enjoy the time with SF9!
