When do I receive my merchandise?

MD will be distributed during check-in at the respective venues the day of the event. Please note that you will not be able to receive the MD if you are not physically present at the event. Additionally, please kindly note that the MD can only be picked up by the purchaser.

*Defects or missing items found in the package will be replaceable only on-site and will not be delivered separately.

**In regards to the Backstage Tour Lanyards, please note that typos cannot be corrected and the purchaser's name cannot be entered after May 15, 2024 KST due to the production period of engraving the lanyards. We ask you to thoroughly review and double check when inputting your information. 

Can I get a refund?

All sales are final and no refunds or order amendments are allowed.

Can anyone attend this event?

Age restriction policies may differ by venue; the same restrictions will apply per venue for both the A.C.E 2024 US Tour [REWIND_US] Meet & Greet Event and the concert.

When can we check-in for the Meet and Greet event? 

The check-in time for the Meet and Greet Event will be 15:00 - 17:00. Late check-in will not be allowed. The location for the event will be emailed to all purchasers approximately 1-2 days before the event date. Pictures of the location will also be uploaded on our official Twitter and Instagram. Please note that check-in may take place earlier in order to prevent confusion with concert admission.

When can we check in for the Backstage Tour?

Please refer to the following as the start times differ by each city:

• Denver, Houston, Minneapolis - 17:30

• Santa Rosa - 18:00

• Madison, Los Angeles, Phoenix, Tampa, Orlando, Nashville, Indianapolis, Detroit, New York, San Juan - 18:50

What are the procedures during the hi-touch (A/C/E Tier) and 5:1 selfie time (C/E Tier) ?

The MD will be given at check-in. During the Meet and Greet Event, the hi-touch will proceed first for every tier. For C and E tiers, the 5:1 selfie time will proceed shortly after. Please note that an on-site staff member will be checking the photo for quality assurance. Our staff may restrict certain items or actions if they are deemed inappropriate to the artist or management.

Please note that gifts (e.g. letters, merchandise, food, flowers etc) will be prohibited during this exchange. Any attendees that cause a disturbance to the venue and or artist will be asked to leave immediately. 

What are the procedures during the Send Off (E Tier Only)?
Please kindly note that at the end of the event, you will be able to bid goodbye to the artist as you walk out of the venue. 

However, please note that gifts (e.g. letters, merchandise, food, flowers etc) will be prohibited during this exchange. Any attendees that cause a disturbance to the artist will be asked to leave immediately.

What are the procedures during the Backstage Tour?

We kindly ask attendees to gather at the QR check-in location 10 minutes before the start time. MD will be distributed at this time. Then attendees will be able to commence with the Tour Program with a chaperone and then participate in the Poster Fansign Event. The Backstage Tour will be concluded with the Cheering Time with the artist. This will be recorded and uploaded on the artist’s social media.

However, please note that personal recording and photography is prohibited during the Backstage Tour. Please also note that gifts (e.g. letters, merchandise, food, flowers etc) will be prohibited during the Backstage Tour. Any attendees that cause a disturbance to the artist will be asked to leave immediately.

*Denver, Santa Rosa, Houston and Minneapolis Backstage Tour attendees, please be notified that the Tours will be held BEFORE the doors open. Standing Ticket attendees will be guided back to the original queue after the Backstage Tour.

*The other cities (Madison, Los Angeles, Phoenix, Tampa, Orlando, Nashville, Indianapolis, Detroit, New York, San Juan) Backstage Tours will commence AFTER doors open. If you have already scanned your ticket before the Backstage Tour, we ask that you go directly to your reserved seat. If you have not scanned your ticket before, scan your ticket again at the entrance and go to your reserved seat.

**Houston Attendees Only: You must be 21+ to purchase your Backstage Tour pass. Individuals under 21 are not allowed to purchase a Backstage Tour pass. 

What form of ID is required?

Attendees must bring a physical government-issued ID. Valid government-issued IDs should include the following: participant's full legal name, date of birth, and a photo (of the attendee). 

*Printed copies or photos of the ID will not count as a valid form of identification.

The name on the ID must match the ‘Event Attendee Information’ submitted during checkout. The QR code issued for this event should match the ID presented on site. The QR code cannot be scanned by any friends, family, and/or relatives on their behalf.

*Invalid forms of identification (i.e. credit cards) or mismatching information will result in denied entry, and MyMusicTaste will not be held liable for any issues caused in relation to this matter.

*For attendees who are minors: please note that multiple forms of government-issued ID will be accepted to verify all of the following information: legal name, date of birth, and a photo (of the attendee). 

What are the COVID-19 protocols to enter the event?

Detailed information concerning the protocol for entry into the event is provided on the 'COVID-19 PROTOCOL' section of the purchase webpage. 

All attendees are recommended to wear masks at all times during the event.
*Please note that additional protocols could be disclosed at a later date as we near the event.

Can I take pictures or videos during the event?

You are only allowed to use your phone for pictures during the 5:1 selfie time and Send Off with the artist. Otherwise, taking pictures and videos is strictly prohibited for all attendees.

What if I am purchasing for somebody else?

The event attendee’s full legal name should be listed as it is shown on the valid government-issued ID displayed upon entry to the event. Please note that this purchase is non-transferable and requests to transfer one’s purchase will not be accepted.

*You can only edit the 'Event Attendee Information' on our site until June 18th, 2024 at 7:30 PM KST.

Why is the listed ticket price and the actual price that I paid for different?
